Picard was obviously anti-QAnon
Well played.
Also:
Worf: Someone who would insist on the chain of command per default. But clearly never a Trumpist. He'd never stand for the blatant lies and the sickening lack of honour. If Donnie was his captain - he'd revolt. Or resign.
Data: No chance whatsoever. He'd insist on logic. Trumpism is pretty much based on the absence of logic.
Riker: Nah. He learned the hard way that simply following the leader isn't what a good man does. Turned into an almost archetypal anti-fascist in the sense that he prided himself on NOT bowing down to authority for the sake of it.
La Forge: No chance there either, I'd say. He wouldn't blindly follow any leader (pun intended) - and he was a genuine scientist, meaning that - like Data - he would simply dismiss any blatantly irrational shit (like claims of widespread election fraud).
Troi: Never. She'd just read Donnie's mind - and, yeah, that would be it.
Crusher: Oh, I don't know. She always struck me as a bit of an idiot, actually. But - no - she certainly wouldn't have jumped on any MAGA bandwagon at the first chance.
Wesley: Who cares?
