I will start appreciating the little things in life.

Like, for example, my football club not being managed by Jose Mourinho.
He really makes you give up on football, doesn’t he.

Wycombe gave us a good game for 80 odd minutes, credit to them.

Now the path becomes much tougher for Spurs: Everton away in the next round is a real challenge.

Wycombe did well but Spurs were comfortable and should have scored more with better finishing. N'dombele is getting better and better.

4 goals and hitting the woodwork twice is not enough for you? Oh well, there's no pleasing some folk.

Tougher indeed as Everton aren't going to lack the fitness and conditioning to stick with Spurs for 90 minutes like Wycombe tonight.

What a bonkers game.

We got ahead, rode our luck well, but their goal on half time was a killer.

With something to defend we're an animal, but to go and get another goal was always going to be a huge ask with our wonder foot left back set piece injured.

However, another few really good chances missed and you wondered if it might be one of those written in the stars games.

But instead, they suddenly put a massive gloss on it and it looks like a hiding.
Which oddly it should have been on chances, but at 1-1 with about 8 mins left is bloody harsh.

Wycombe can match anyone for fitness I think you'll find bud.

Just not after we've just had a massive covid outbreak!

It might have been 12 goals in the end and it wouldn’t matter. The only thing that mattered is that you were 5mins away from ET against a League One side that plays Akinfenwa.

But if you like it, who am I to judge.

I see. Goals scored early count for a lot. Goals scored late count for little.

Ever heard of going up a gear or two only if needed? I guess not.

in the championship perhaps. Premier league fitness and conditioning is a different level altogether especially the top 8 teams.

We're championship you ill informed clown, and there's few better at what Akinfenwa does, as substitute these days.

Shite team from Burnley. They're not going to relegated so why not go for the cup? You'd think Dyche of all people would see the value of the cup.
