Pogba is finally doing his job well again. As I said I’m very happy he’s playing well but it’s a bit rich. He’s all about it with a few months left at the club or a mega deal in the pipeline after telling everyone who’d listen how much he wanted to leave for the last 3 years but his form not being good enough for any other big club to bite and pay up. I’d argue he was the biggest disruption at the club at times over the years and the club stuck by him. His form has been 50/50 over the 4 years here and I think I’m probably being kind there. We’ve been in the doldrums and as one of the highest earners at the club I’d be much more interested in what he has to say if he was actually a success here.
I’ve found him annoying with his constant media blabbering and fawning over Madrid and Juventus. However, whether he is playing well or not, there is absolutely nothing wrong with him always aiming higher. It’s a great mentality to give to the rest of the squad, especially since he is clearly one of the team leaders next to Bruno, Maguire and DDG.

Whatever we think of him, he’s a winner. Golden Boy award, PFA TOTY, Serie A, World Cup etc. It’s great if he is constantly letting everyone know how to win.
It’s always a bad thing. Unless it’s Bruno or McTominay or something, then it’s ‘saying all the right things’ and being an example of great character.
Sure feels like it. Maguire is another one who can do nothing right despite being one of the best CBs in the league since 2018.

The moon gave me flowers for funerals to come.
He is not a child. He lets Riola represent him. He is responsible for the stuff his agent says.

People lining up to defend the indefensible is hilarious.

He can turn it on when he wants to.. which also means he doesnt try most of the time... or best case, if we are being very generous, is way too inconsistent.
I'm glad he is playing well.. Hope the club gets the most out of him while we can and then move him on... or let him move on on a free.. dont care.
Yeap pretty much, when the team plays well Paul plays well.
Hope so ,as soon as we hit a bad patch his agent will be stinking the place up again which Id prefer we didnt have to listen to every year.

Hate the stick that this guy gets, it is just sickening.
One of my favourite players - love his football, love his energy.

I even love the diversity his cultral expression and what it brings to the team.

How anybody in the fanbase doesn't recognise he is a top 5 midfielder in world football is beyond me, WTH would you want that to leave?

For me anybody that is "PogOut" is either a Jose Fan or doesn't agree with Pogba's cultral expression.

Because a players form comes and goes, but you cannot hate one man with the vitriol Pogba has received at (Wolves Everton etc) just for "football reasons" (Form).

Really hope he stays, but completely understand if he goes.
What a load of nonsense!

He'll leave United on a free, some of you are so gullible.

A player whom we paid £90m for will leave the club on a free for the 2nd time, he's such a fraud.
If he does it's Woodward who's gullible. We don't negotiate contracts.

If he doesn't renew, he has to be sold

Pogba is a star, better footballer, more commerciable than all the players you've mentioned there and most of them are my personal favourites, none of them drive clicks like Pogba.

PR at Man Utd have to repair the damage thats been done to this mans media image, he has been scapegoated by pundits and 'in my opinion" those very pundits have misled and misinformed a large portion of the fanbase who aren't very perceptive.

This has all hurt branding for both United and Pogba and led to a very fractured relationship. United have a brain they will repair this for a number of reasons regardless if he stays or goes.

While he stays inform expect to see lots of him infront of the Camera hopefully in many different hair colours and maybe even some African dance moves if we're lucky.

He's Man Utd star player point blank period.
All of what you have said is true and it's simply the obviousness of it all that I think doesn't sit well with me. Where was he when we were struggling and Ole was near the sack earlier this season? Oh that's right, he was silent whilst Raiola ran his mouth before a CL knockout game. You can see the United media machine clicking into gear now - I get that's how football works and they just want as many views as possible but I'd rather he just made it up to us fans on the pitch, than did an interview every week.

Is this that Nani moment when phelan comes out and says “I think the proverbial penny has finally dropped”

Seriously though we’ve had our time he’s been largely crap and hopefully will leave, a final swanswag would be most welcome.

Bring on Grealish.

It's clearly the other way round... I don't know if you have been watching the past month but the team cannot be said to be playing great with so many narrow wins at the moment. And with Pogba being a decisive factor in these wins it's clear it's the team that responds to his m form rather than the other way round.

that wasn’t really the case at the end of last season or the start of this season. I think it’s revisionist to say otherwise. Bruno has carried the team until pogba and Cavani stepped in and took up some of the burden. I think the major problem was We were still trying to build a team around someone who didn’t want to be here until Bruno arrived

He's been playing well the last month but before that he wasnt great plus we went on a run and were winning games without him.

It really was the case at the end of last season, that the team did play better with Pogba in the side. He came back against Tottenham and won the crucial pen and the next week was crucial in extra time in setting Ighalo up to set Maguire up for the winner agaisnt Norwich was it? Just because he wasn't the one scoring the goals doesn't mean the team wasnt playing better. Suggesting so is the revisionism.
