Instead of bemoaning the fact they have got back on track, just be grateful they went though that awful spell.

They were always going to get back to form eventually. Hopefully the damage is done.

Spot on. I think some people expected them to keep losing forever

Bang on.

Let's be honest, most of us expected them to run away with it again this year but that hasn't been anywhere near the case.

Oh, hi there.

Is your sudden reappearance coinciding with your clubs' recent improved form a coincidence, or are you one of those 'only sing when you're winning' types?
I literally replied to you after the Liverpool defeat last week.

Correct me if i'm wrong but before the win at Spurs the other night hadn't Liverpool only won like 5-6 of their last 17 games in all competitions?
That doesn’t change the fact that after the win at Palace we were everyone’s favourite to win it.

The narrative then changed when we stopped scoring.

Perhaps but winning only 5-6 games over a 2 month period was atrocious form for a top side. It was more than just a few bad results mate.

Still think the title is a massive stretch, we have to be imperious from now till the end of the season and hope city dip again. With injuries left right and centre this season i can’t really see it. It’s a shame as this is a title we definitely should’ve been winning.

Nice to seemingly be getting another body in defence. Hopefully we can have a real crack at no7.

I’d be happy if we stick with both city and pool just so pundits will stop saying it between those two. Sick of it. I think we will, win our next three games before the derby and we are still in it

Brighton at home will be tougher than Spurs and West Ham away.

This season is so strange.

Since this toolbag opened his Weetabix-toothed gob, we haven’t had a single decision go our way, even when they are stone-wall incidents.

An absolute national disgrace.

Referee's are scared to give a penalty to us now incase they get criticised. Really is disgraceful that fair decisions are not being made just because of comments.

Lose a couple of CB's = his players can no longer attack for some reason.

Their desperate crossing really reminds me of our football when Moyes was in charge.

Liverpool could have played until half 11. They didnt look like scoring. Absolute shocking performance.

Questions need to be asked about his position now - taken them as far as he can, time to move on, call-in Gerrard, etc. :)

If they don’t improve I can see him going at the end of the season.

He won’t be sacked but this Liverpool team needs a refresh. Just a feeling. Hell leave a legend on his own terms and Gerrard will come in after winning the league with Rangers.

Im probably talking bollocks.

Hate to say it but the past two performances have been the most Ive been impressed by Liverpool for bloody ages. Their team is ravaged with injuries, been playing terribly lately, and made pretty light work of two away trips I really was hopefully they'd drop points in.

Feel dirty posting that, but I'll be fair sometimes.
Well done.

I hope he can stay another 2-3 years to complete the Dortmund style burnout. Cause some longer term damage.

You can only play so much of it before you burn players out.

Need it be reminded that he's not the first manager to play high pressing football and usually you get at best three seasons before the players drop off.
I just feel sorry for the likes of TAA and Robertson who will probably have played their best football so early, due to being redlined so much this past 3 years.

Where the grass is greener.
Playing Thursday night and now going into in theory their toughest home game of the season on Sunday afternoon. Be very very impressed if they beat City after that nothing performance.

EDIT - it's apparently wednesday, point still stands though! They. Are. Worried.

It’s Wednesday. You got me optimistic for a moment thinking tomorrow was Friday

Do you think they regret it? They have Premier League and Champions League winners medals as well as plenty of individual achievements as well.

You might view Klopp's method's as short term but he's gotten more out of Liverpool than any manager since the 80's.

The Dortmund comparison is lazy imo. We're full of injuries reducing opportunities to rotate and are much higher in the table than Dortmund were. Milner has just had to play four games in less than two weeks.
