Reads very similarly to our match day threads to be honest
I'm sure it's the same for most matchday threads on all fan forums. It's just hilarious because a) its Liverpool and b) they do post some absolute doozies.
The difference being that they don't have any matchday threads open so it's all stuff they post after having had time to calm down.

I just watched Anfield Agenda Man United watch along highlights and he was remarkable unbiased from start to finish and even complimented us at times.
Yeah tbf to him he’s actually decent. These RAWK guys are just deluded about Pool beyond belief.

EDIT : For anyone that missed it

Karma’s a bitch. Absolutely took the Mickey of 10-man United for losing 6-1 against Spurs (I mean “when do Spurs ever score 6”...) and then watches his beloved Liverpool get absolutely hammered with a full team and VVD/Gomes in the back nogal...

Look at our actual squad if everyone’s fit.
Seriously, count everyone on our books, Ok Change Origi
The injuries we have is bizarrely being ignored countless times
I know, we have an injury crisis, crisis not a couple of lads injured.
Can i add, Joel has to be released in the Summer, top top player but sadly he is as reliable as Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson telling the truth.
Calmed down a bit now (repairing TV remotes can be very therapeutic)
Reality is Klopp has plaited sawdust with the budget he's been given, problem is the sawdust has got so thin even he can't plait it anymore.
It's clear that the only teams that have had consistant success are the clubs that have continued to spend (Chelsea, City and Urd)
In reality without Klopp we would be in a similar situation as Spurs and Arsenal, both Wenger and Pochitino weren't backed when they could have pushed on.
..
Big difference between City and everyone this year is they went out and spent a fortune coming into the season, they can play shite like everyone but can pull a 50 million player off the bench to help the cause or he can rotate their defence with 50 million players, look at us tonight, origi, Shaq and ox combined they cost 40 odd million. No body is having a great season but city have that bit extra to get them through, they had 500 million sitting on the bench the other day , we are scraping 4 million together to get a few loan players in.
I get that i really do, but lets us not forget, we are actually a very very good side. We have had injuries (i have said it and i will say it again) but we lack a little in one or two positions not in general.
Too simplistic by me but if VVD and Jota stay fit, we are in a different palce this season. Pound for pound and i mean fiscially we dont match city, player for player we do.
Well bar that little bit of debth in the squad.
And United
But That’s not what we or FSG are. We either expect them to suddenly start dragging £70m for a player or we understand that’s how it is.
And we still won the league and champions league
It’s pretty mental when you think about it. We’ve completely embarrassed them both
Utd and Everton also spent shit loads and are having good seasons(for them anyway)
We went 2 windows barely spending a penny, then buy Jota, Tsimikas and Thiago. But got rid of Lallana, Clyne, Hoever, Brewster and Lovren. So the expenditure wouldn't have been that much.
..
Not sure why Brighton got so much credit for playing football and attacking... I felt like they did very little before their scrappy goal. It was all men behind the ball.
I thought we lacked any imagination. We played into their hands every time. They defended excellently though, in fairness.
Worthy of the 3 points. Well done to them. With a bit of quality up front, they could do better.
Can you believe Macmanaman called it a 'great goal' ?!
I can
He’s a high calibrie anti aircraft heat seeking mass destruction weapon
Won of my favourite players when he was hear, but the worst commentator ever.
Both he and Robbie were Everton fans growing up, the difference is Robbie became a Liverpool fan clearly Mcmanaman didn't .
..
One thing I'd like to see Klopp try, [not in the big matches but against sides like Brighton] is now play the new CB's together. It's a risk as they've never played together before and they are integrating into our side half way into the season, but having Henderson and Fabinho back in midfield allows us so much more flexibility, particularly as we can't properly rotate the midfield if they are playing at the back.
I have mentioned this once or twice
Get it trending
#hendoandfabbackinmid
Title dreams are over. Secure top 4 and go all out in Europe. 7th European Cup will be brilliant to end this extremely troubled season.
I actually think we will raise ourselves against City, it's against the low block teams that we have the problem with especially at Anfield with no crowd backing us. Teams that actually play football, don't really fear any of them.
..
I think there are a few factors at hand here:

1) The lack of fans in the ground for the players to feed off is definitely having an effect.
2) Injuries. Obviously.
3) Poor officiating of games going against us far too often.
4) The belief that if we keep going, we'll eventually find a way to break down these stubborn low block sides like we did last season has gone.
5) Fatigue/burn-out after going full pelt in the league for the past 3-4 years.
6) A little bit of the players feeling sorry for themselves with all this sickness and injury within the squad. I can imagine a lot of the players were quietly thinking " FFS, we just can't catch a break" or "FFS, not again" when they heard the news Alisson would not start yesterday, for instance.
This was brilliants summarized. And all these factors are now impacting the team/players physically and mentally. And we are not even talking about the impact of the pandemic, new normal and the world is now a different place to the human beings in Klopp, the coaches and the players. Yes ... other teams are impacted too. But we are not other teams ... we are the defending champion and the expectations our fans are sky high
..
Might sound crazy, but watching the game alone last night in the living room, came out from my mouth, "We could win this if the sub is Minamino in the place of Origi".
Hahahahaha!!! Yeah yeah, it's daft, but I miss him already. Love all of our players. Hope Origi is going to score goal in the next game if he is on. I want him to succeed here as he is our hero though.
Very dissapointing result, but not a shock. Look at the league this season, it is all over the place. Look at Utd losing at home to a bottom of the table side with single figure points and then hammering Saints 9-0. Football is a spectator sport. They should just close it down until this pandemic is sorted.
After sleeping on it, nothing has really changed for me.
It is what it is. We have too many injuries, are too tired and are out of ideas for the most part.
Get Jota back and put a marker down on top 4.
One thing about no crowds is that you can hear the players talking and shouting and it was clear that Henderson was not too fond of Shaqiri.
Burnley and West Brom, and certain others, happen even to the best teams. Bus parking teams getting a lucky breakaway or set piece as their keeper has a worldie. But last night the gaffer was outclassed by Graham Potter. Their midfield completely outclassed ours.
Trent and Robbo at the moment are being outshone by Luke fecking Shaw and Wan fecking Bissaka in terms of output and creativity.

This comment gave me a fluttering feeling in my heart. This Brighton loss is the icing on the 9-0 Southampton cake.

Yes I believe them when they say that they will be fine with the greatest team of all time ever in the existence of football (1 prem title) not winning the league this season as long as United (13 premier league titles) end up second to Man City.

If City win the league, I would like to reassure all Liverpool fans, just for their peace of mind la, that I will barely even notice it because they are nowhere near our 20 league titles total.

The best thing about the horrors of last year is that there were no fans there to see the trophy lifted and by the time they are back, they will most likely not be champions any more. Cue chanting of "Championes, championes, last year, last year, last year"

We need to throw Kabak in on Sunday. I know it's not the Klopp way but needs must.
With Kabak - and Davies too to an extent - what's the worst that can happen? I'm not expecting anything special here, if City are going to break their anfield hoodoo then it is 100% happening on Sunday or they'll never win here again. So feck it get these lads in. Get Hendo back in Midfield.
Obviously Klopp will get it right. I'd snap your hand off for 4th right now though. The season is a complete fecking joke and city are the perfect winners for a season played in empty stadiums.
I do think the lack of fans has affected us more than most. In our blistering early season form last time out how much would have been said about the feeling of winning in madrid, the parade after, getting every last drop out of yourself to get over the line being worth it. This time out what's the point. We should have had the biggest part the city has seen this century, instead Jordan lifted it in an empty stadium. Between that, injuries, VAR...just sack this whole fecking year off and let's start again. But make sure we're top 4 when we do.
"Gini from the bottle"
It's performances like last night from Gini that makes me think we won't miss him as much as we think we wil
I think its right that he moves on really. As posters on this board have mentioned, whilst its great to be nostalgic, we cannot afford to be if we want to progress and not be tied down to contracts with players at 30 or above. With finances tight, the likes of Van Dijk, Fabinho, Salah should be prioritized. Possibly Mane as well.
Almost three years without an assist now. He's great when we're playing well, but he can't up the tempo when we need him to. Instead of getting bolder when we're struggling, he plays even more cautiously. He accentuates whatever mood the team is in
"Thiago, bestestest ever, or not?"
Do you not think that Thiago has had enough freedom with the likes of Gini and Milner sitting in? And yet he hasnt had a single assist or goal in 9 appearances.
He's been really disappointing sadly, doesnt seem to have got to grips with the league or with the team. I'm sure it'll come as he's obviously an excellent player.
disappointing? maybe that's based on our own expectations and pedestal placing?
if he came without all the CL baggage then i think we'd be thinking that we've got a cracking player here
and playing in that midfield last night it would be easier for him herding cats
Put 08-12 Xavi in this team he'd look how Thiago looks now. He needs movement around him and due to injures and form we've got none.
"Energetic youngsters making difference"
We've also missed our youngsters that were sprinkled cleverely into games last season, Elliott, Hoever, Brewster would have all made a difference this season.
We've generally had a good amount of talented energetic youngsters to bring in, that sadly doesn't seem the case now.
"Boo hoo, they did not deserve to win"
It's another match where we were undoubtedly poor but losing instead of drawing is simply unlucky. Brighton didn't deserve the win more than us.
Klopp said the better team won and I agree with him. For all our possession we did feck all with it. Kelleher had to make 2 really good saves to stop it being embarrassing. How many saves did Sanchez make? How you think we deserved anything from the game I have no idea?
..
Last season we beat Brighton at home with 2 goals from Van Dijk, which doesn't tell the whole story of what happened yesterday but goes some way to showing the fine and fat margins of difference from losing someone like Van Dijk.
"They did not play the way we wanted them to play"
Giving us a game doesn’t imply them playing a way that suits us. I’m not sure why that’s your first thought on how giving us a game would or should go. I want to see a team play a game against us that involves more than parking the entire team behind the ball. I want to see an opponent with ambition of their own to show how their light shines rather than how to snuff ours out. It’s beyond boring watching the same setup or ‘game plan’ . It’s cowardly and lazy from the opposition. Yes some of them like last night are fortunate to be gifted a goal which only ends up being a winning goal due to our lack of whatever atm and not due to them being any smarter or more able. One thing though, City will definitely give us a game.
Leaving Anfield with 3 points is certainly not lazy and I would hardly say cowardly. It's having a gameplan, that demonstrably works, sticking to it and being rewarded. We are the ones that need to find answers to teams playing like this. Last year we were putting the bottom 10/11 sides to the sword for fun - like a knife through butter up to the watford game. Almost every defeat, or disappointing draw, since has been a carbon copy of that watford game to some extent. It's not good enough to label teams that play that way cowards. We've played like that plenty of times down the years.

It's crazy how Jota and Henderson have become world class players by not playing.

Fake hysterical laughing one of the things that really grinds my gears. If someone you don't like loses, you might smirk and have a chuckle, but you don't sit there in hysterics.

PL Thread..
Who’s this commentator with Savage on BT? Maybe the reason he’s pronouncing all the foreign names so strangely, is because he’s trying to do it whilst also having Guadiola’s cock half way down his throat
Paul Dempsey
He’s like a vampire. Was presenting on screensport 30 years ago still looks the same
..
Leicester lead. Iheanacho. Easy finish, no one near him.
Everytime he scores, it makes me more livid about that sitter he deliberately missed against City in 18/19.
..
Why does the BT Sport commentator seem to take on a Scottish accent when saying "Cancelo" (or "Canceloorh" as he calls it)?
Oh yea, he’s doing it for everyone the tit. Bernardo Silv-ah!
..
feck me Richarlison is such a cheat. Why is that never a booking ? Just because it’s not in the box?
CAN. NOT. STAND. THAT. LAD.
..

Maybe it's already been mentioned earlier but Dyche was farting around in his press conference before this match. He genuinely seemed more interested in talking about something he called 'looky-likes' than the match.
I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't fired tomorrow.
I saw that. He's off his tits and should be sanctioned.
..
Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that goalkeeper Jordan Pickford will miss Everton’s trip to Leeds United through injury. The England number one banged his ribs making a save during the Blues 2-0 home defeat to Newcastle United and has been ruled out for their game at Elland Road.
Sounds like bollocks to me
Its true, he landed on the corner flag.
...
"(Pep) the picture of deep thought and relaxation." He looked like he was having a breakdown. These pundits just spew nonsense non-stop.
Nah, he just looked as bored as the rest of us.
I'm wondering at what point the authorities will feck City over in the interests of 'keeping the title race open' like they did when it looked like we might run away with it at the start?
No doubt the backhanders and freebies from Abu Dhabi will keep the Authorities and PGMOL happy enough with it.
...
That young lad did well for west ham tonight.
He's got a bright future ahead of him by the look of it.
Will West Ham have to pay United compensation for stealing one of their top academy prospects? Presumably he’s too young to warrant a transfer fee?
..
The biggest disadvantage we have is the unending injuries, never been a season like it for them.
Hopefully both Mancs clubs start getting them, Smaegol is running his lot into the ground, once the Europa kicks in I can see a few of them breaking.
Been hoping for that all season long so far.
Sociedad will probably beat them anyway, they haven't got the English refs to bail them out.

Had a good laugh about the Gibbs brothers. The original poster was talking about Hassenhutl (Maurice) crying when the Saints topped the Reds, but somehow it goes back to Bruno (who is a good lookalike of Robin). Good stuff.

BTW, why does that one poster liken Ole to Smeagol? Don't think he looks like him.

RAWK is almost unreadable atm. All they do is blaming the refs/blaming their injuries/blaming the lack of fans in the stadium. Rinse and repeat.

Also, why the feck haven't they optimized the forum for phones yet?! The caf is absolute sex in comparison.

If only other teams wouldn't try to beat them then they'd win the league easily this season.

It's also really unfair that these teams also do things with their tactics which nullify the long diagonal ball and high press. I mean, how are Liverpool supposed to score if teams stop their only means of attack?

Obviously coming off last year where they walked the league and we only finished on 66 points we are having a better season, but I got a question what would you rather be in their position with CL or ours without CL ?
I’d slightly give it too us since we are 4 points better off and I don’t think we be good enough to win the CL anyway. Also they are 1 game away from being completely out of the title race(though I hope they beat City).

Thats not a good goal ffs. Everton should be docked wages for that.
I can't wait for them to come to Anfield and put in leg breaker after leg breaker while running around like madmen.
