But its so close to the game so positives may not have shown yet? Thats what makes the City game so strange, if that was the reasoning then every game with positive tests close to kickoff must be called off.Probably some backroom staff members caught it, and our players must have tested negative thankfully.
How do you know no players have caught it?Probably some backroom staff members caught it, and our players must have tested negative thankfully.

Because the game is going ahead. Maybe the tests came back and McKenna and the like tested positive while the lads came back negative. The FA would surely have contemplated these things before giving the green light. How do you know no players have caught it?
We could still be missing players it doesn't have to be all or nothing.Because the game is going ahead. Maybe the tests came back and McKenna and the like tested positive while the lads came back negative. The FA would surely have contemplated these things before giving the green light.
You would think stringent testing protocols are in place.Surprised this is still going ahead. Hard to imagine some of the players haven't caught it.
That makes more sense. That could be why the players appear to be OK.Tweet

Isn't it the case that you can have the virus but not test positive in the early stages? You would think stringent testing protocols are in place.
Ok that is a bit better. That makes more sense. That could be why the players appear to be OK.

No idea to be honest. That would be concerning if so. Football has generally kept a lid on the virus pretty well though.Isn't it the case that you can have the virus but not test positive in the early stages?
Maybe Nicky will know how to beat a low block.
He’s played in a team who did that every week...wait, so did Ole.Maybe Nicky will know how to beat a low block.
You can tell how he looksBet you it was Martial
Glad to hear Ole’s results were negative...was that his first real test?
Ole's at the wheel! Of the ambulanceJust another test he’s passed
Even in rugby where players tend to get a lot more physical with each other positive players haven't spread it to other teams.Has there actually been any cases of players infecting each other during a game? Of course it's difficult to know for sure, but there have been a few outbreaks and it doesn't really seem to spill over to the team playing whoever had the outbreak.
Hate it when we don't get our money's worth.I hope the FA that we are paying off give us a few pens today. RAWK has opened my eyes to this.
