This is why I don't buy this argument that the league is quicker or more difficult for him etc, he's getting tons of chances that he gobbled up last season. He's suffering a crisis of confidence, I like that Tuchel is still playing him though because he contributes to Chelsea's general play.
It's just the usual reactionary, mechanical BS cliché many people can't seem to help regurgitating when a player doesn't perform in one way or another, after transfering in.
Especially since Werner was always missing sitters, not a new feature.

It's International Womens day, that's why. Cool to see, I always like getting new faces.
Ah right that's why. I should have connected the dots, since it's a holiday today in Berlin for that.
Should become more regular tbh.

I still maintain that next season werner and havertz are going to really step up and hit top form. Thought Havertz was very good tonight. Was always utterly silly to write him off as quickly as some did

He is just a local boy? And not good enough atm, very similar to the early Immobile. He will be good, though, once back in Germany.

Will likely end up the most uttered statement by Chelsea fans in history.
Oh no. Itll never top 'ffs Fleck', or 'Sutton you're shit'.

Easily 2 of the worst players ive ever seen play for us. Along with Jokanovic, de lucas, maniche, bogarde, del horno, ben haim, sidwell, parker, andy myers, Paul Parker in his one or 2 games whatever it was, turnbull, to name a few. I could easily go on hahah

He won't be taking the next one

This loan has been brilliant for him though, looking back to his best

Honest question how many players who have been as bad as them in their first season have managed to turn it around the next year? Genuinely can't think of any, nearest I could come up with was Vidic and Evra but they arrived in January (and it's a bit of a myth that they were all that bad to begin with)

'Sunday League' player does it again in the Premier League. It must suck being such a stupid cnut that thought he wasn't good enough for the League.

Yea maybe he's not comfortable away from home like Immobile. Immobile looked horrendous at Dortmund and also struggled at Sevilla, back at Lazio he looks a top class, underrated, striker.

Dawson’s form this season is crazy — most important CB for West Ham fighting for European football; he only came in as a loanee to make up numbers

Like he hasn't done anything else since his move. Only played today has he?
Not saying he isn't doing a decent job for them. The reaction is completely over the top though. Hope he keeps playing well so we'll get a decent fee for him. This is exactly his level

I swear to god that people only think Kalvin Phillips is good because there's about 3 players in this Leeds side who look identical to him from a distance and he appears to be involved a lot.
