The last time I heard of any other English fans doing anything like that, it was when Chelsea fans harrassed Tom Øvrebø after the CL semis... thirteen years ago? Since then, literally all such incidents I've heard of were from Liverpool fans. There was also that incident where they attacked an ambulance taking Alan Smith to the hospital after a derby, preventing medical personnel from leaving the grounds to attend his broken leg.
