Is there anything Redcafe could do to help target the owners?

Mate, your "I'll only be for it if you guarantee" is the most childish argument ever isn't it? Who the feck, especially on RedCafe, can guarantee you personally that potential new owners will be better than Glazers? It's all a risk, but take no risks get no rewards. Playing mind games in absolutes gets us nowhere.
Then why are so many set on ridding us of the Glazers if the alternative would (probably) be even worse? It just makes no sense to me.

How about the FB pages, twitters, and instagrams of the sponsors and team. Post post post. These people (Glazers) will only respond when the cash cow is jeopardized. Sponsors are the key. Oh and walkouts. Of course that will have to wait but .....

What are you basing this on? Glazers seems like the most predatory owners of any club in the world, so on probability any owner would be better?

Getting rid of the Glazers to get new owners who will take even more from the club. What a great idea.

Why is targeting sponsors a necessity? So you can ruin our club's reputation with any potential future sponsor.Another brilliant idea. You lot are full of them.
They're the only owners who take a sizable dividend. Not to mention the interest and loan repayment payments we are making for their sorry asses.

It's like wanting out of an abusive relationship but going "heyyy maybe the next guy/girl will be even worse so I'll just keep getting abused. It's not that bad".

They don't have to be worse. You've just assumed that in your brain. It's like getting rid of LVG. You do it because you have to strive to do better and fix leekages and sitting around doing feck all certainly won't do that. Whether one hires Pep (success) or Mourinho (failure) after that is another thing but sticking with LVG makes no sense.

Of course I wish getting rid of the glazers were that easy for us.

And here I am, thinking this would be all about @Niall! I see @sullydnl is going for the low-hanging fruit instead.

It is more than likely the next owner will be worse just because of the huge sum required to buy us. We're not talking about a packet of fags from the local shop which anyone could buy, United would be in a very, very limited market. The sort of people who could afford us haven't generally got where they are by being nice.

It's not about being nice. It's about sucking money out of us. The glazers take more out than any. That's besides the ridiculous and criminal debt they slapped on us. Horrendous owners. And they aren't even good at managing a football club as we've seen post SAF. So they fail at every count.

Ah yes let’s destroy other businesses that are probably locked in to a contract with no get out which probably won’t affect the Glazers at all.

Censorship on the caf

Who decides what are "good" posts and those which are not?

If it's a fact that the interest payments are £20m pa, why would they not be allowed? You want the caf to be turned into a propaganda machine rather than a forum for discussion? I would hope the mods crack down on that severely.

Looks like everyone else is doing a fine job of dealing with you. Given enough time, you might realize where you went wildly wrong.

Yet you're hoping to get new owners who will, in all likelihood, take even more.

The debt is not criminal, no matter how many times you say it is.

No they won't considering other owners don't.

It is criminal no matter how many times you blindly deny it out of your absurd love for the glazers.

A billion in interest and loan repayments is perfectly normal don't you see? With logic like that...

You keep saying this, but how many of those other owners have had to fork out £4bn? No one will have that amount without loans, therefore they'll have repayments to make and on £4bn that's going to be a damn sight higher than the payments now.

It's pathetic that you have to resort to labelling a Glazer-lover just because you don't agree with their viewpoint.

Nothing the fans can do except pretend the protest will even work. The Glazers are probably just laughing there asses off.
I don't think it will lead to anything significant. But it will definitely factor in their mind, be it investing on the stadium or player recruitment.

Taking over corporates the size of Man United are strictly financial decisions with zero place of sentiments. Yes probably an Arab Sheikh with trillion dollar wealth fund can probably buy on sentimental value and soft image but no private investor would.

I'm no lawyer, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were ways to circumvent the law when it comes to forum users sharing pirated streams amongst themselves. Things like relocating servers to another country, a disclaimer about users being responsible for their own posts, that sort of thing.
Probably true - but the idea here was an actual sub forum dedicated to that sort of thing. The Caf is high-ish profile as far as as football forums go. I dunno (I'm no lawyer either ) - but do think Niall could easily get in trouble for something like that.

ETA I suppose it depends entirely on how it's presented, as it were. Not heavily moderating threads where people share streams is one thing - positively facilitating the thing is different, I would assume.

Time to close this thread.
What the hell is your problem man? Are you employed by the Glazers? That's the only reason I can see for someone so shamelessly acting out of touch with reality.

You may not agree with the nature of the protests or some of the fans demands' but the way you have been going around each thread trying to dissuade people from even complaining about the Glazers is beyond embarrassing.

Either you are a troll or you have no understanding of what exactly is happening here, and in either case I would request the mods to ban this account, so that he/she doesn't derail constructive discussion regarding the Glazers' ownership.

There we go with the attack again just because of a difference of opinion.

Wow! Big guy, are you a mod? If not, just shut up, I have just as much right to express an opinion as you. Dont like it, tough, maybe a discussion forum isn't for you.

There's no harm in expressing opinions. Your's aren't opinions though, they are the unfounded ramblings of someone totally out of touch with reality.

I wouldn’t be bothered with him, he has had nothing positive to say regarding anything in his post history clearing on here to wind people up.

Have you got a crystal ball? How do you deduce this? You're popping up on every Glazer thread defending them and crying about the new owners being worse as if it is definite. WUM or Glazer relation, I can't decide

“New owners might not be worse” put forward as a sensible idea is why when push comes to shove the angriest of the angry will be back to pretending they haven’t watched United in years again soon.

You don’t understand why fans might not want to risk club on roll of a dice?

“We might not be bought by asset stripping venture capitalists, worth the punt. I’m real fan me.”

Neither, just a fan of over 50 years who is worried babout what some hardliners want to do to the club I've supported for so long.

Yes "I'm popping up on every Glazer thread" as you put it because I can't believe the amount of utter bellends who want to damage the club to be rid of the Glazers.

Why should they be allowed an opinion, but not me or others who think like me?
