Difficult. I would expect that the lineup has already been predetermined.

i don’t believe everything OGS says, but if we really are going to make wholesale changes it would be:

    DDG
    Williams
    Bailly
    Tuanzebe
    Telles
    Matic
    DVDB
    James
    Amed
    Greenwood
    Mata

think Greenwood will be the one to play 60 mins.
Yep Greenwood playing 60/65 in all 3 makes sense.
Tuanzebe & Bailly isn't too bad a combo at the back.

The bench will be powerful, and if it's a tight game with 20mins left no doubt we'll bring some big hitters on.

Play the reserves. Keep the score restricted to 1-0 Leicester at HT. Then bring Cavani on and win 2-1.

Would love to see 11 changes. But I just don’t see Ole doing that

Reckon Lindelof, Fred, AWB, Greenwood will all start. Also won’t be too surprised to see Bruno and Rash start too

FA and Premier League to thank for scheduling games in this manner. Liverpool would have no problem if their game against West Brom was brought forward and United v Pool played May 15th or 16th as then it would allow United to play a near full strength team against Leicester instead of a 2nd string team.

Wouldn't bother me if we dropped points in this game as we're comfy after today's win and it would help screw Liverpool's top 4 chances :)

I'm completely ready for us to throw this game. Rest everyone who started today, rest Cavani too. Even with our reserves it may not necessarily be that easy for Leicester as we'll have fresh legs for this game and players itching to impress.

We should put out a redcafe 11, bit of peace deal with the fans.

I'm expecting Ole to turn into Gene Wilder, "don't lose Vardy, track him for heaven sake, oh no another goal conceded".

New 'barriers' are being put in around the stadium already. I still don't see how it'll stop anyone coming along and moving it easily. Really hope the game gets to go ahead and the fans make their feelings known outside the ground.

Amad not in the squad today which tells me Ole is telling him to mentally get ready to start his first league game on Tuesday!

I don’t really mind if we forfeit this game to Leicester and have them win 0-3 if there are similar protests again and we get to rest the players. Just don’t dock us the points

If he starts the players you mentioned , then are you saying they won’t play against Liverpool ? Because no player can play 3 games in 6 days.

Ole has no choice. It’s not physically possible to play the same players.

We can only play our B team. Probably we can use 3-1-4-2 and use one or two youngsters.
Hard disagree on this one. As much as the league is almost certainly beyond us, we can’t go down wondering. City losing yesterday has actually made Ole’s job more difficult this week. We’ve got to do everything we can to get the two wins and pose the question. What you absolutely cannot do now is throw kids out there against the team fourth in the league that could give City the title. That’s not good for their confidence.

Not knowing the detail of the players fitness, I’d probably go:

    ………. Henderson
    AWB Bailly Lindelöf Telles
    ….…... McT Matic
    Greenwood Donny Mata
    …..…….. Cavani
    • I want AWB for the solidity, to allow Telles to play more his natural game on the other side with Cavani to aim for. Sorry, Williams.
    • It would be Maguire at centre back with Bailly if he wasn’t potentially injured. If he just twisted his ankle and isn’t actually injured, he could still make Tuesday, but it is unlikely. If Lindelöf can’t play, then Tuanzebe gets a game by default.
    • Matic is obvious for the pivot, McT is probably more likely more ready to join him, but Fred is a very fit player too.
    • Greenwood came off early today, Cavani didn’t start. If James or Martial were fit, I’d have more options.
    • Bruno and Pogba can come on second half for whoever is flagging. Honestly, I’d start at least one of them if they are champing at the bit.
    • I want Rashford off the bench for the final 25 mins.

All of that and poor Donny still can’t get a game? He’ll start on Tuesday in my opinion, probably alongside Matic

How can they dock points? Anyone who got into the stadium last time was not a match going fan, so the club isn't responsible for their actions.
I'd expect a big Police and Security presence, the fence they're putting in looks shite like the last one.

I think most of the team will easy enough to pick,
    De Gea,
    Williams,
    Tuanzebe,
    Bailly,
    Telles,
    Matic,
    Mata,
    VDB.

The other three positions, Mid, STR and LW will depend on how players come out of today's game (McTominay, Fred, Cavani Greenwood), and recovering from injury (James, Martial).
It would be great to see a load of youngsters on the bench for the remainder of the season.

Title still mathematically possible, so go strong. Maybe rest Maguire, Bruno & Rashford
    GK
    AWB Bailly Lindelof Shaw
    McT Fred
    Greenwood Pogba James
    Cavani

Feck me, you want the players to die before the EL final? No chance Ole puts out anything like that, especially not if the game is 48 hours after the last one.

Have to play a reserve side, don’t see anyway round it given the schedule. Rather take the gamble on this game rather than the game against Liverpool.

Rolling over for Leicester does nothing for them. They'll still lose against Chelsea and Spurs.

Feck doing them a favour. They knocked us out of the FA Cup, we'll knock them out of the top 4.

I won’t cry if we lose this one, considering how close Liverpool are getting to top 4

If we lose to Leicester playing the reserves, handing city the title, then Newcastle beat city it’ll be a base of “what if”

for as long as it’s mathematical possible we just have to win. Maybe rest Shaw, Fred & Pogba too
    GK
    AWB Bailly Lindelof Telles
    McT Matic
    Greenwood VDB James

I reckon we have enough to get the win with rotation, feck all this dropping Liverpool out the Cl, I want City to earn their title, not hand it to them, then we can sink Liverpool ourselves 2 days later. If we get the wins and Brucey pulls a miracle on Friday, will become a real test of the bottle come the last two games!

    Feck giving up!

That is much more realistic and something that we will probably see. Maybe Tuanzebe instead of AWB, but certainly a better option than the unchanged 11.

Ole won’t make wholesale changes, so forget about that, even when we’ve had massive first leg leads he goes strong. I expect Maguire, Rashford & maybe the full backs to be rested. I wouldn’t be remotely surprised to see Bruno & Pogba starting

Honestly, I completely forgot he even existed, which kind of tells you how it has gone for him. I edited it to start him, but only because it would be the final nail in his coffin if he didn’t start.
