Bruno and Cavani must be livid after yesterday, no chance they'll want to lose 2 games in 3 days. Same goes for the rest of the team of course.
Potentially denying them top 4 in the process makes it even more beautiful.

    Strongest team possible please.

Get the points we need to consolidate second, dent any hopes Liverpool have of top four, and rest players for the final few games before the final.

Beat them and it all but kills their UCL hopes. Would be a beautiful thing.

Going to be a tough game though.

Check out their RAWK match page.

    The conspiracy theories are rife.
Apparently we are going to get loads of penalties

I somehow felt Tuanzebe was better than Bailly against Leicester. Other than that the team picks itself (provided Greenwood is likely tired to start again).

Fingers crossed Bruno scores the winner from the spot after some VAR controversy.

I think they'll beat us, quite comfortably too unfortunately.

    Booo!

Even when top team have horrendous campaigns there's usually one result that alteast brings them some minor comfort. I think this will be the one for Liverpool. We had a crap campaign but we still beat United at Old Toilet.

I'd agree. Tuanzebe would be my pick based on last nights performances. I wouldn't expect Greenwood to start either.

Liverpool in the inaugural Europa Conference League - I need this in my life. Make it happen boys!

    Line-up should be:

    Henderson
    AWB - Bailly - Lindelof - Shaw
    Fred - McTominay
    Greenwood - Fernandes - Pogba
    Cavani

I fully expect Ole to start Rashford instead of Greenwood, but I think Greenwood deserves it on his form and he fits better on the right.

Is this the game we're playing this week that we don't want to lose? Confusing with the congested fixture list we've got.

Greenwood won't start - can't be expecting him to start all 3 games in 5 days.

We need 4 points from our final three games to secure the 2nd place.

Meaning that 1 win, 1 draw and 1 defeat will secure 2nd.

So if we win this one, we just need to draw against Fulham and we can then play reserves against Wolves before the Europa Final.

He's had his minutes limited just to start all 3 though.
65 & 65 suggests he'll play similar next game too. And then it's the equivalent of 2 full games.

He'll come off the bench I imagine. Probably for Rashford at around 65 minutes.

VDB/Matic 80 minutes (depending on the score)

    Someone else 90 minutes.

If Greenwood hadn't only played 65 or so the last 2 I'd have said he'd definitely be on the bench.
But Ole very rarely doesn't start Rashford when fit.

So the 2 decisions are basically

Bailly v Tuanzebe. Probably goes Bailly's way
    2 from Cavani/Rashford/Greenwood.

Rashford on the right doesn't feel a smart move. But Ole doesn't tend to play without him very often.

I have a vested interest as he's single handedly keeping me winning my fantasy league :)

He has the form, but Ole does love Rashford to play barring the madness of yesterday's schedule.
    Good to have options really.

What kind of protests are planned? Large scale again? Are we actually expecting the game to go ahead?

Bailly will probably start I think. Has played more minutes than Axel for a while now hasnt he?

Also Axel's passing/headers were quite off yesterday, dangerous against quick counter side.

And TAA/Robertsen can be exploited more with Rashford if we get transitions.

It's Liverpool so as strong as possible please and make sure they're not playing Champions League next season.

Afterwards, Cavani, Bruno, Pogba can have a fortnight off until the final if OGS feels they need it.

    Team picks itself really.

    -------------------------------Henderson---------------------------------
    AWB--------------Lindelof-----------------Bailly----------------------Shaw
    -------------------------Mctom--------------Fred--------------------------------
    Rashford---------------------Bruno--------------------------------Pogba
    ------------------------------------Cavani--------------------------------

The only tough choice at the moment is leaving out Greenwood. He could have a big role from the bench.

Massive game to end their season and build confidence before the final.

Liverpool tend to do bad at OT.
Saying that we need a good start, no sleepwalking in the 1st half like usual.

Last four Man United v Liverpool PL games in Old Trafford was three draws and one 2-1 Man United win.

Liverpools have lost just 1 of their last 7 away PL games.

    V Leeds 1-1
    V Wolves 0-1
    V Arsenal 0-3
    V Sheffield United 0-2
    V Leicester 3-1
    V Tottenham 1-3
    V West Ham 1-3

And against Leicester in February it was a game Liverpool were on course to getting at least a draw until Alisson had a brain fart.

Hopefully United can repeat the Old Trafford FA Cup victory over Liverpool tomorrow night but I don't think anyone should be surprised if this match ends in a draw.

Pool have to win, have to push to score, and they're defense is questionable. Our defense is solid and we can score on this lot.

What are the chances of this game getting called off again?

It would really suck if Liverpool is awarded points because of this or worse we get points deduction.

Can't see how the club can be punished for fans blocking the hotel. Club can't police the public space or private space outside of club premises.

But should they do it again? Already we lost yesterday because of fixture congestion caused by the first disruption.
