I actually rewatched Stress Relief last night and it's still incredible. I'd forgotten about the fake film with Jack Black and the old one 
Great list. Glad to see Basic Alan, Gas and Mugged on there.
Also I do agree with your Fawlty Towers choice over The Germans. My personal favourite Fawlty Towers episode would be Waldorf Salad. I think the ending is comic perfection.
