I know that managers have their own ideas but Southgate is deep in the water with this lineup. Whatever the score will be today I can't see England even being near to a trophy. Shocking to put out those players looking at what country have.

I actually think we need the two of them, it at least that style of player. Someone who sits (rice), someone that's a passer/playmaker ala Carrick (philips) and then Bruno further advanced.
I just doesn't have room for pogba buy maybe with rice behind him he can be the composed playmaker we thought.
England have a lot of players who play under managers who love to press and it’s showing today.

Can easily get overrated because what he does so well is so obvious to the eye, while what he does not do well is very well hidden.
Put Shaw at LB and Rashford/Sancho/Grealish at LW over Sterling and England would walk this IMO
England travelling support is comfortably better than the home Wembley support which is always a bit nothingy now.

I don't get the big deal about Foden so far, he missed his chance, has lost the ball a bunch, he's been tidy but nothing special.
