It would surprise me if this particular rumor were true, but Sabitzer's future is an interesting topic. His contract expires next year, one would expect that Leipzig have to sell him at a discount.
From what I've seen, unless the Bild stories come from Sven Westerschulze, I wouldn't rely on them. In this case, I wouldn't take this seriously, especially since no other German source has corroborated the story.
Why is Dortmund always weakening their competitors? They used to shop at Leverkusen and Gladbach and now it is Leipzig?

According to Bild Dorsch to Augsburg is done dealio. A surprising move, given he's just had a very impressive u21 EURO and started all matches at Gent as well. Would have expected him to join a top 4-6 club.
This is different, though. This is coming from Tobi Altschäffl, who is quite reliable, so I'd take this more seriously. Regarding the move itself, as good as Dörsch looked, I can't think of a top club that's in need of a good full back. Augsburg would be a great next step for the player, though, and this may allow him to move to one of those top 6 German clubs.

We've been talking about this quite a bit, but Barcelona's problems revolve around this salary cap, not necessarily their finances (which, whilst concerning, are still manageable). These figures make for grim reading, though, and Barcelona have their work cut out to even have a good squad ready to go for next season.

It's a joke......
Wow, well done.
Please choose from one of the following retorts:

1)Doh, I spent all afternoon trying to google that story.....:annoyed:

2)That’s gonna be a problem then cos Arsenal are owned by Americans who speak Americanish not Italian. How will they know he is not saying yes.... :nervous:

3) You are a joke. And so is your face.

Getafe's president Angel Torres on Carles Aleña's situation (2nd Tweet only):
Aleñá's operation is pending on Messi's. The boy wants to come to Getafe and Barcelona knows it. I think it will have a happy ending. I am negotiating directly with Barcelona and I hope Aleñá is here before we go to La Manga [Getafe's training camp].
The first Tweet is about Getafe letting go of 2-3 players and the club wanting to complete their transfer activities before they start their pre-season.

Can't spell Mkhitaryan
I was a big fan of this transfer but his indecision is a massive red flag for me. Move on and let someone else stand cap in hand outside his bedroom window
Agreed. I started off believing it would happen, but the longer it goes on, the less likely we are to get him. Surely if he wanted to come the deal would have advanced a little by now? I'm not saying completed but a little further down the line. Smells like a new deal to me.

Ramos to PSG must rule them out so his options are limited if he does want to move.

As for moving on to the next target, I'm not sure anyone else screams out as a must buy. Torres looks okay but how much of an improvement on VL is he?

Agreed I was never on the hype train for this his indecision says it all really. Maybe Madrid will offer him a new bigger contract maybe what he wants. I would cut my losses and move on.

UK, hun?
We spend weeks preparing bids.
Woah slow your roll there sunshine, we still need to do a fair bit of monitoring of the situation first. Then and only then may we begin to think about preparing to make a bid.

There's a difference between preparing an official big and submitting proposed offers to the club via the player's camp. We've been actively doing the latter, but things have slowed down because of Varane himself being uncertain about his future. We'll be able to move things forward quicker if we have some commitment from Varane.

I'd say that aside from Wolfsburg and Gladbach all the better/top clubs in German would really like to sign a full back or two. But Dorsch is actually a DM/CM. One with a fairly complete profile and an aggressive mentality. It's entirely possible that I'm overrating him based on the u21 tournament, but he should be an interesting player for a lot of clubs, especially Frankfurt, whose CM could do with a bit more talent on the ball.

Oops, I was probably thinking about that Halstenberg comment whilst talking about Dörsch. Yeah, as the DM, he wasn't too bad in the U21 tournament, but I don't think he's any better than most of the DMs in the top 4-6 teams. Frankfurt would be the only viable team for him out of that group as they don't necessarily have a good, young central midfielder coming through. Sow is okay on the ball but not a good enough passer, and Dörsch might fare better in that team than he would.

On the full back situation, I think those clubs would want more depth than necessarily someone for the first team (except for Dortmund and Leverkusen, who are in dire need of right backs).
