Jake Paul apparently purchased a USD 1K pendant of Conor lying on the canvas after being knocked out by Poirier in the January fight and is sending it to Dustin to auction off for charity.

Incidentally, the his handwriting (assuming he wrote that) is a bit childlike, and funny to look at.

The random small letters and capitals is really off putting.

The necklace itself looks like then old WWF figures used to get that never moved much.

I agree with Khabib on Poirier beating McGregor 100 time out of a 100. It's obviously hyperbolic but outside of a Knock out I don't see Poirier lose even once, I see Poirier dominate every single fights which shouldn't be the case at this level.

Do you agree with him that Makhachev mauls Dustin (and Charles)?

Makhachev wrestling-Judo is as impressive as Khabib's, he is continuously several steps ahead of his opponents so I tend to agree if he manages to take them down as easily as he has shown, there is almost no chance to trouble him. On the feet he is impressive too but Poirier is crafty and tough, so if Poirier's takedown defense is on point I could see him win. But Makhachev seems too complete and he is an elite mma wrestler, so I see him follow the steps of Cormier and Nurmagomedov.

Yeah, although all-rounded guys could get lucky and clip him, it's probably gonna be some other master wrestler the one with more chances to stop him.

Moises is a very good grappler with decent striking as well, and has been working hard in his wrestling to keep the fight standing tonight. Decent test for Islam vs a guy who has nothing to lose. Should be a fun one.

Fairly comfortable win for Islam. Calling out RDA is a good choice. He still at least two fights away from a title shot imo

Whilst this is true, it shouldn't have been, but since no-one wants to fight him, he's had two fights back to back with Drew Dober and Moises, which honestly doesn't get him any closer to a title shot.

He has to fight better people than he has for talk of a title shot for me. Its not on him if people don't want to fight him etc but I won't get carried away yet. I think the rub of having Khabib in his corner helps with stuff like that.

Tate will get hammered by anyone half decent she got taken 3 rounds by a nothing fighter and as soon as she fights someone ranked, despite the weak division, it won't end well. The retirement speech by her opponent was funny you'd think Khabib was retiring again.

Lets see Islam vs Dariush next. Highly ranked and will definitely set up a title shot for the winner.

Where does that leave Gaethje? Maybe he can fight Chandler.

I'd like to see him against DP again (who wouldn't). There isn't a bigger fight at 155 for me.
Justin vs Chandler. Both are coming off title fight losses and both are vicious. Would be a great fight.

Probably a rare moment in a division where the top 6 all pair off against each other nicely.

Oliveira vs Poirier
Chandler vs Gaethje
Islam vs Dariush

I agree with you though; I’d like to see Poirier win and then fight Gaethje for the title the most out of that scenario. If Conor comes back and immediately fights for the title it’ll be a crock of shite.

Seeing Tony being dominated for 15 straight rounds was too much.......I want them to give him a winnable fight. His days at the top are over as much as I'd love to see him win. Legend.
Yeah that’s true so I’m not sure if it will happen or not.

Ali would be proud.

Come on. Islam is now a contender and should only fight other contenders. Tony is past it and out of title contention. Only porpuse that fight would serve, is to feed the rat's (Ali) ego.
Yeah I get that but Islam was talking it about himself and it actually sounded like he wanted the fight so I bought in a little bit.

Can't wait to see the snake in the grass take on his former training partner Sandhagen this week.

I swear everyone TJ has been in contact with hates him. I bet even his mom hates him. He just has such a hateable aura. Like he's the kind of guy that would charge you interest if you borrowed money off him.

It makes sense for Ali to push for it, for many reasons.

But thankfully, for Tony's health, it seems Dana wants to go for the Islam vs Beneil. Better for us, because that would be a crazy fight (Same as Chandler vs Gaethje, that seems to be the other big fight on the making).
