Now pay attention , go on the manutd.com page, look for memberships, ( do this on tablet or computer, it’s a different format on the phone for some reason.) top right hit ‘ my account ‘ fill that in, scroll down and hit register. You will then get an email from United to verify . When you have done that log out and in again. click on your name and then on the left General information you will see your membership number.

What do you do if you have a ticket on your account but no email forwarded on with a QR code ?
That includes the accommodation though, it usually ends up being quite reasonable
This appears to be a regular occurrence, an email to the ticket office usually resolves it

How do people forward tickets on the Man Utd website? When I go to the Tickets section and click the "Forward Ticket" button, the "Forward Ticket" option in the pop-up is greyed out. I am a paid member, but not a ST Holder. Is anyone else facing this issue or not?
Another question, does the "Replace Seat" button work? I was hoping to swap my seat for the Villarreal game, but that option just didn't go live when tickets were on sale today. So I ended up buying another ticket from my wife's account with a better seat (with the hope of selling my previous ticket to someone else later), But how can I avoid this in the future?

First of all I’m sure a member can’t transfer the ticket the same way as a season ticket holder can , Uniteds thinking being that a season ticket holder has to buy the ticket as part of the T & Cs , a member buys a ticket through choice so therefore shouldn’t have to transfer it. Your best bet would be to WhatsApp your downloaded QR code or if you haven’t downloaded it forward on the email
I may be wrong but I’m not sure that Replace Seat is operational for 51 weeks of the year. It was the option we used to relocate our season ticket seats in July if we wanted and was only in use for 7 days. The ST Hub says that there’ll be 7 days next Summer when it opens up again for anyone wanting a seat move.
There’s that and also a lot of people use fake names and addresses, but if for example they live at 25 Main Street, there’ll have a season ticket on 25a Main Street, 25e Main Street, all of which don’t exist and go to number 25
or some just use friends and family’s addresses etc.malthough I don’t know them personally, I know of people who do both the above. Really underhand in my opinion

Just picked up a pair of West Ham away on the website.
Looks like they need to be collected from the ticket office which wasn't clear prior to purchasing so if any eligible STH are still looking, worth checking the site between now and the game I reckon as I can see a few getting returned based on that.

I’m relieved that the Villa ticket I forwarded last night to my son’s friend was in his inbox at 7am this morning. Didn’t fancy having to deal with the ticket office if there was a problem.
Boom. I just collected mine and my brother's this afternoon and there was hardly any staff in there. Any advice for obtaining a season ticket this or next season? I signed up as a full Member (premium unavailable) in August 21 and have registered and paid for priority season ticket waiting list
Agreed, I like it. I spent all day Tuesday hitting refresh and eventually got lucky for 2 West Ham returns, did the same for wolves too
