Dropped ballsI may be wrong here, but I don't think it's in the rules, rather good mannered. Similar to giving the ball back when played out for an injured player.
Did you miss the gilt edged chances West Ham squandered? Hitting the post, Noble missing a 1v1, Bowen skinning Lindelof for fun and creating chances off the break at will? Maybe it was just me making shit upAnd won 9-0 on another night. Every result is possible when you're making things up
Yeah, I too hate winning trophies.Meh, glad we're out of a cup that doesn't mean anything to us anyway. Hopefully we can focus elsewhere now
Wow! I think you rather stop writing anything on here because if u cannot appreciate the cups, you really don't know what winning is!Why are people in the matchday thread upset? City will win this trophy anyway, it’s better not to play a lot of needless games and get knocked out early rather than in the semifinals
Where is Cavani? What a poor performance from Martial. Looked okay till the final third but just nothing from the striker. Ronaldo and Cavani being at the club just shows how much he needs to do to get in the side.
With Cavani today we win that game.
Thank you, seems I was living in the past and in the wrong hereDropped balls
Contested dropped balls are a thing of the past.
If play is stopped outside the penalty area and a dropped ball required, it will now be dropped for a player from the team that last touched it, where the last touch happened.
All other players must be at least four metres away.
If play is stopped inside the penalty area, the ball will be dropped for the goalkeeper.
If the ball touches the referee or another match official and goes into the goal, or results in a change of possession or a promising attack, a dropped ball will be awarded.
That was the last 10 minutes when we literally played a back 2. CONTEXT.Did you miss the gilt edged chances West Ham squandered? Hitting the post, Noble missing a 1v1, Bowen skinning Lindelof for fun and creating chances off the break at will? Maybe it was just me making shit up
Do you want to see Ole given a 3 year extension if he wins the EFL Cup?Yeah, I too hate winning trophies.
Josep, I'm going to risk a mod warning for this so please bear with me:Because there is a blind following for Ole by a large proportion of fans. Had the easiest of runs in the league so far. Southampton, Wolves and Young Boys all tore us apart away from home. Even against Leeds and Newcastle we let both sides back into the game. We won’t win anything with Ole in charge. His sole tactic is individual brilliance. He can’t rotate properly because then his moment of magic players can’t bail him out.
No if he gets out of the CL group and gets a few points more than he did last season that will be enough for him to stay.People saying they are not too bothered about going out of the league cup need to realise that this is the easiest trophy to win, that was our first game in the competition. Ole yet again shows no signs of a winning mentality and stumbles again in an attempt at winning any silverware.
Will they be calling for Oles head if we are again trophyless come the end of the season.
The same applies. Moments in football can win games, it's not always the story of the full 90 minutes. In any case we were never a real threat to West Ham, at home. They were more comfortable in possession. That was the last 10 minutes when we literally played a back 2. CONTEXT.
I'm not basing my opinion of Ole on carabao cup. If we finish 4th he stays. Football i shit though, won't be silent about it.'Feck the league cup, who cares'
They will be first ones calling for Ole's head when he ends up trohpyless this season.
I want my team to win trophies.Do you want to see Ole given a 3 year extension if he wins the EFL Cup?
This, this is something we can ALL agree on...John Moss is a useless fat feck.
