Absolutely clueless again. Get him out of this club because we are stale, weak, predictable and easy to play against. He’s got one of the most expensive and deep squads in world football yet we get bossed week in, week out.
He doesn’t even seem bothered or concerned in his interview. Probably still star struck at being offered a new contract.
Status as club legend gone.

Don’t care about him smiling, I’m more bothered about him constantly spoiling our weekends with rubbish football

Its just time now he ditches this 4-2-3-1 its just not working with Fred and Scott.

He is going to have to go 4-3-3 and bring Bruno into center midfield like he is for Portugal and start to dominate teams.

LCM Pogba (Played his best football there for Juventus)
RCM Bruno (Pep doesn't give KDB free roam, part of a midfield three)
CM - Matic or VDB - Fred and Scot are not Man United quality.

There still should be enough of goals up top with Rashford when hes back, Ronaldo and Sancho.

Ole just isn't up to the task to impose instructions like Pep or Klopp and having a proper setup with the team like a well oiled machine.

I really don’t understand this god awful criticism, what do you expect him to do? Publicly throw his players under the bus?
I don't know maybe show some like emotion? Some anger towards the performance?

Saw this smile, refused to watch his presser. That smile shows more than anything he could ever say to be honest. Bring Ronaldo to the presser to talk about the performance from now onwards.

So he hasn’t played like a fanny and absolved himself of all responsibility to create and score goals? News to me.

Why else has he been picking his arse on the bench? Any time he’s started we’ve ended up bringing on Bruno to save our arse.

It’s such an odd hill to die on. At least the likes of Kagawa and Mkhitaryan, who elicited the same sort of debate, actually had genuinely good games for the club. Van de Beek has done absolutely nothing, so what do you expect?
You do realize that Sancho hasn't assisted or scored yet either, in more chances than VDB and in a more attacking role. Guess he's a fanny too in your eyes.

Also, the point being made is when our midfield is absolutely shite, bring in a player who at least showed in his last game that he can do better than the ones currently playing. Why don't we start there? Does he improve on the current dire performances being dished out by Fred and McT - absolutely yes. So, he may not be the answer to our manager being absolutely average but he will improve us just that tiny bit. I would take that any day over the absolute shite show I see from Fred every bloody week.

Also, who's talking about him replacing Bruno (who doesn't even play as a CM). People are at a loss how are we persisting with the McFred duo time and time again.

VdB was good against Young Boys and Ole decided to pull him out to give the game to Young Boys after the red card of Bissaka, then he was good against Villa in Carabao cup with a key pass to Greenwood right after Greenwood came in, did you watch those 2 games or you didn't and just came here making up stuff like "bring on Bruno because VdB couldn't handle things"???

How about showing that he's not fine with the performance or the results. If SAF was not smiling after an awful performance, then that didn't automatically translate to him throwing players under the bus. Guess not being Jose is enough for Ole to appease the majority on here. It's a football club, not an Old Friends' get together gala. Frickin show some bloody passion instead of standing on the sideline with a wide grin after yet another poor performance and result at home.

I agree at the moment.

If I was him I would do a rare thing that would earn him endless credit. I would resign and say "I have built a squad that can win the league and challenge for the Champions League, maybe they need 1 more midfielder. I love the club so much that I want them to have the best chance to succeed so I want new ideas and planning so I will step aside".

Weirdly no one will do that because of ego (he has plenty of money) but yet that would win him almost unanimous praise and respect. Also might put him in better stead for jobs in the future as owners see he puts the club first. Won't happen but I don't know why.
As poetic as that would be, I find it highly unlikely.

I won't lie, I'd love to see that

There is only one explanation for him having that evil grin at the end:

He's taking revenge on our club for all the times Fergie benched him.

behind closed doors I fully expect some sort of rollocking as opposed to his public persona
We'll hopefully you're right, but it doesn't look like it at all when he's fecking smiling like we just won 3-0.

He's not doing any favors to himself at the moment, poor coach, poor mentality, poor football.

Would any other PL team sack their manager if they knew Ole was available?
Would he improve any team in the Premier League, just by using his managing skills and not by signing better players?
Are you contented with the way we perform on the pitch?
Do you see us winning the league or the champions league with him as our manager?

If you answer "No" to these questions, then I think you know what needs to be done.

Out of his depth. Been obvious since before he signed. His 10-game new manager bounce back in 2019 is the worst thing that has happened to us in the past 5 years.

The likes of Ronaldo and Varane are not going to stand for this. We all know the feeling, when your boss at work is clearly incompetent and you could probably do his job better. It ends only 2 ways, he leaves, or you leave.

And now for the long road to realising we have no option to sack him and hence will do so 9 months after we should have.

Tbf I don't mind Ole staying till end of the season as long as we plan for a new manager for next year.

Ole has got to be fast approaching end game now. The results have not been good enough, and the performances are not any better either. The spotlight is going to be on Ole in this tough round of fixtures for us coming up, if he can’t conjure up the much needed results then he could go.

Pep has perfected the system he wants.
We still have no idea what it is exactly Ole intends to do with his.

Exactly, efficient workers wont take shit from a mediocre boss. They will go to his superiors and tell them he is not good enough.

We won't sack him while Woodward is still around, you can bank on that. His ego won't allow it.

Arnold will take the new post in December, presumably, and then he'll almost certainly be presented with a huge decision to make.

The sooner he goes, the more time there will be to salvage the season. We've been genuinely 2nd best in all but 2 games this season.

Also this utter nonsense that he's somehow the right manager for United but seemingly nobody in the Premier League else has got to stop. The right manager for United wins trophies, puts fear into opponents, doesn't persist with under performing and average players because of stubbornness, doesn't laugh and smile after dropping another three points at home, doesn't make excuse after excuses for dire football. The list bloody goes on. I'm sick of hearing that the club we love is destined for mediocrity because Ole is bigger than it now.
