Again not really controlling the midfield. It's when you watch games like this you see what Xhaka brings to a team, for all his faults. Need to find a long term replacement for him.

Yeah. Not sure why PV started with all three of Eduouard, Ayew and Benteke. Neither are ball carriers like Zaha. Olise would have been more of a natural replacement. Also, given how he performed against Leicester, it was a surprise that he didnt start.
Arsenal are so negative, if Crystal Palace had Zaha tonight they would easily be level.
They are just terrible. I thought the recent uptick in results meant Arteta was doing something different but nope.

Arsenal can't defend in their own half and their pressing is neither organised or intense enough to cover for it.
I don't think we mean to play negative. You don't start Odegaard, Smith-Rowe, Saka, Pepe & Aubameyang if you want to play negative. I actually think it's 1 too many, as we aren't controlling the midfield, so are actually struggling to get on the ball.
