Hi All, Desperately looking for a United Away ticket @Tottenham October 30th. I am a Man Utd member travelling from Montreal and do not want to repeat my West Ham experience from a month ago! I bought a ticket off West Ham site and wore my Man Utd jersey to the match (being from Canada wasn't fully aware of how stupid/illegal that was). All that to say I got kicked out and missed that spectacular match. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers and GGMU!
You're lucky that's all you got! Your choices are watching it in the pub, try and get one from spurs website and keep quiet or risk £300 for a ticket from a dodgy website that may or may not be legit.

... well what I thought started as friendly banter very quickly turned into aggressive heckling, throwing of objects and spitting by the time I was ejected. Yes, I see a site called football ticket.net but I am not quite willing to pay 456 pounds for one Prem match day ticket (no seat# or section provided) that doesn't include a handshake from Cristiano!!! Thanks for the tip though..... hopefully I can meet some United supporters pre-match so I can get my chanting in if I have to sit in the Spurs section :(

Hi everybody. We are driving to the game later, is there any decent parking spots for less then a tenner near the ground where we could get out fairly quickly please??

The last 2 games we parked in the tescos and were stuck for 2 hours getting out (Yes i know not the best idea haha)

We need to get out and back on the m60 towards Cheadle.

Please let me know the best and quickest options i would appreciate it

Thanks mate. I will give this option a try if there's not much joy getting home from N4 carpark.

Any input is welcome to avoid being stuck on Chester Road for an hour after a midweek Champions League game.
Just to add to this I would recommend Parking at East Didsbury tram stop, the one next to Parrs Wood, As the car park there is pretty big, plus getting back to the motorway is only down the road. The tram goes to Trafford bar.

No chance. You'll have to pay a tout or one of those stupid online sites but be careful with them.

Just seen this on Twitter.

“From 10pm tonight, emergency work needs to be carried out between junctions 10 and 12 of the M62. This will result in a full westbound carriageway closure and will impact supporters after the match. Supporters are advised to use either the A580 or the A57 for journeys home.”

just in case anyone is traveling home this direction

I’m sorry couldn’t help but laugh while reading this. Despite the lack of rivalry whu fans are an angry bunch overall. I have done the incognito there a few times but coming in with a united jersey is a different level altogether. I’m surprised you haven’t been turned away at the gates for your own safety!

No worries lads it was definitely an experience of a lifetime. I even ran and bought a plain white shirt and re-entered the stadium after half time but after slowly circling the pitch, stewards recognized me and removed me for "my own safety" in case fans recognized me from earlier. Still got the 3 points! I bought a ticket right next to the away corner at Tottenham Stadium. I'm thinking of ripping my shirt to reveal a united jersey and doing a "stage dive" across the stewards and hope my fellow united supporters protect me! Wish me luck !

I normally pay £10 and park at Trafford cricket ground as I feel that's the safest place to leave my car. Normally take about 20 minutes to get out

I always book Just Park - plenty of options 10-25 min walk away, and rarely end up queuing

So they stick them on sale when thousands are at the ground, brill.
And most annoyingly almost impossible to tell because there were still a handful of execs left so it had said "buy tickets " for a while anyway.

Hello all

I know these requests are getting laughed off here but hear me out;

I've a single for Liverpool and a pair for City. I need either an additional single for Liverpool or a pair and am hoping someone might need extras for City that can't make Liverpool etc that would consider a swap. So not randomly hoping someone will sell me a Liverpool ticket but if anyone wanted a swap then do let me know. Reason for being happy to shift the City is that I can't make it, my mate will happily take someone else or go on his own but he'd ideally want to come with me for the Liverpool game instead and give up the City ones in exchange.

If it makes any difference these are member tickets, Liverpool single is tier two of stretford end and city pair is sir alex tier three.

Just read my emails and it’ll only show for those unsuccessful in the ballot

I just got the email. I can go as far as to select a seat but then says ineligible. Ticket system is so frustrating.

Any tips? I missed in the ballot, not had an email etc. Can I access via a specific URL?
According to the email

“We wanted to advise you that we have a limited number of tickets available for the game against Manchester City on Saturday 6th November.

Please note that the event will only show as available to a small number of people who were unsuccessful in the ballot”

Cool way of doing it if they’ve chosen based on things that make those people more deserving (even if I’m not one of them). Any charitable types out there in need of a relationship?

Most other teams have a credit system, If you go to games like West Ham in the carabao cup you're more likely to get bigger games.

Seems like members have it rough this year.

Curious to know how they've selected the small number of people. I applied on my brother's membership (who has attended every home game this season) and we didn't get the email - and like others on this thread, the City match isn't even listed on the ticket site. (I have the direct link to the game bookmarked too and it says "This event is no longer for sale").

There's something deciding who's eligible, something They won't say. Could be full members and not lite members, could be if they've used their members discount in the megastore. All seems very suspicious

Strange how they never did this City method for the Liverpool release of further tickets.
