So I went for Havertz to Mahrez and keeping Kane.

I think this is high risk, but high reward. Both Kane and Mahrez can smash it.

I wish to sell Kane, but Richarlison being a doubt make me think that transfer can wait.

Also Kane is probably better than Richarlison despite the hard fixtures for this week.

Sadly I can't afford TAA so I'll have to chance Robertson. Agree about Havertz though so I'm following @Sandikan and switching to Mount.

I could be wrong, but I don't rate Foden this coming gameweek. He looked gutted and not so effective in the match vs Real Madrid

Of those 3, I think Mount is the one guaranteed to play most minutes. You may be right to worry about Havertz; based on Tuchel's presser, there's a good chance Lukaku gets some decent minutes this GW

Pretty strong if both Mahrez and Maddison get decent minutes under their belt, but always a risk! (esp. with the former!)

What would you use that free transfer on? I have 1.1m in the bank so could go Son to KDB, Zinchenko to Dias, or get Ramsey into another player to ensure I get at least a player who’ll play potentially 2 games in.

I think Gordon could be worth a -4 since he got double doubles. You can then use the cash to get a better defender.

Granted Havertz is better than Gordon so if he plays both games he is better to have.

I sold Havertz so guess that gives him a certainty to haul.

That would been a good plan but I'm using FH next week and wouldn't want Gordon for GW38...

Havertz has been a shite transfer though. Should have just got Foden like my gut told me to.

I say you can keep Havertz. He should play one game at least.

The only ones justified to get are players that gets more games for sure.

Thoughts for a free hit? Bench is naff, but I can’t see any of the 11 not playing a single minute.

I could reach Son, but I don’t think it’s worth the sacrifice of Diaz, Laporte and Mount.

I'm not sure. It's even more on the line now. I just don't see if Klopp doing it unless Robertson is asking for it - which I doubt he is. Think Tsimikis will start the fa cup final and that will be the 'rest'. Just a feeling though, as it always is with these things.

Is it worth transferring Emerson Royal to Holgate on BB? Or another >4.5m defender?

I'm not a fan of Spurs' Liv/Ars fixtures vs Holgates Lei/Wat. Plus Everton double in 37. On the other hand Holgate might get rotated and... It's Everton.

So some advice needed guys - am defending a 20 point lead in my ML and the only player my rival has that I don't is Son. I brought Son in my FH, but the cost has meant that I need to start Gordon which I am not enthusiastic about.

The alternative would be to forget about Son, and upgrade a defensive fodder to Laporte and bring in Luis Diaz. A more exciting choice.

In summary:
Option 1: Son + Gordon
Option 2: Laporte + Luis Diaz

Any advice appreciated!

Son + Gordon is the obvious choice if winning the ML is your priority. Diaz vs Son is basically a coin flip that could easily cost you the ML. Plus Gordon has 2 doubles in a row so there's a chance he'll pitch in with some points.

It's a harder choice if your ML wasn't a factor though.

Option 1. Defend the lead. Diaz might also but play twice. Son will.

How about Tavares in for Holgate, has the best expected points for cheap defenders.

I've gone KdB as captain too and bench boosting with all DGWers. Hopefully a chip finally comes through for me. I don't think I've ever had much luck with them at all.
