Goal difference currently is at 1.

Need to lose 2-0 to Palace to finish the league with minus goal difference.

Or wait..Brighton might finish the job today.

The players are shit, don't get me wrong, but he's an utterly appalling manager.

Ralf has done a bad job but we hired a systemic manager with players that can't play in any recognisable system, and hired him for 6 months at that. You won't see anything different with Ten Hag comes in, most of these players need clearing out and replacing. They don't even try anymore.
Yeah, sure, clearly they shouldn’t have hired Ralf in the first place. When it comes down to it, the club, with this kind of weak leadership, needs a great manager with full control, like SAF, to be successful.

The players have nothing to play for and still playing nothing. None of them care about the club or the players.

I'm beginning to think we would've been better with Ole
Depends, thing with Ole is that he more than likely would have gone on a run and got us 4th at some point (mostly to do with how terrible the competition for 4th is). Issue is that might have been enough for the board to keep him in the job another year and not started the work on restructuring the scouting and recruitment.

Ragnick has exposed a lot of things, some intentionally and some by being a very poor coach. Might be worthwhile in the long run but my god as bad as the players are I have never seen us this poorly coached.

Some of you are funny , keep pushing, now its your best moment for shift attempt, enjoy in failings of this feck, because when dust settles and context is added, RR wrong decisions will be just a dot of a impact.

In what world can a team with Cavani, Lingard, Bruno, Sancho, Fred, McTominay not play in a pressing team?

He was bought in to play a certain way before getting a new manager and for some reason completely stopped because his ridiculous 4222 didn’t work.

These players are an utter shambles. Ralf should’ve done a better job but they don’t give a flying feck and it shows.

feck me. Forgot negative goal difference was back on. Even Liverpool and Arsenal have never done that in the PL era.

Fear the worst for Ten Hag if we don't get the recruitment right this summer. These players don't care
Even with the right recruitment, 9 out of 11 players that started today's game will be part of the squad. I fear 5 weeks of pre season isn't going to be anywhere near enough time to make them look half competent.

So the last game was all down to the players? What exactly is your logic?
That game was a dead rubber and played at testimonial pace. It's been evident for sometime that these players aren't good enough and haven't taken on board the instructions from Rangnick. But sure, keep blaming him if it'll make you sleep better tonight. Sure when we inevitably lose a game playing most of these players next season, the blame will lie with ten Hag :)

The clowns that have defended this idiot will be made to look very silly in pre-season.

We play Palace in a couple of weeks and then 2 weeks into pre-season on July 18th.

I guarantee the performances will be chalk and cheese even though we won't have many if any new players signed.

I can’t wait for ten Hag to show us how brilliant this bunch of world class cnuts are under a proper manager next season…

I wanted Conte but I believed in the Ralf rebuild/consultancy hype.
I didn't really believe in the coaching hype, in fact I thought he was the worst of the interim options mentioned, but was hopeful that the consultancy role might be significant and make it worth the short-term loss but the indications make it seem as if his consultancy role is going to be very minor. If that is the case then it's an atrocious appointment.

Let’s hope we are using this game as the specimen in a couple of years time. “Remember Brighton away under Rangnick….”

Ralf fans have a weird way of coping. Just admit he's crap.

This one is a dead rubber yes, but it is for Brighton too.

I defy anyone to say Rangnick has made any improvement to anything on the pitch.
This is no better than the Ole half season.

God awful manager. At this point, don't even want him involved in the back office. Just utterly clueless at everything. We haven't played well even once under him and he's never picked a good team. We were in with a shout at 4th when he joined and he absolutely buried all chances of that. Not enough is being said at how disastrous his short tenure has been.

Whoever appointed him manager thought CL football was a given even under him. What a terrible decision.

To be honest, it's better that we go through this with Ralf now and he leaves than we go through this with Ten Hag for the first 6 months of the season. At least Murtough can see what we need to make sure Ten Hag is successful now

Probably remember that as a high point unless there are extreme changes this summer

Which it’s being briefed there won’t be
