With recent reports suggesting that Ralf will provide the new manager with a full report of our current squad, is it the right way to go, or should the players be allowed a fresh start when the new manager takes over?
Is it fair of Ralf Rangnick to give Erik ten Hag a dossier of the players, or should he say nothing and let the players have a clean slate?

I hardly see a Rangnick dossier having anything of value. He’s gone on record saying every position needs upgrading except goalkeeper, a dossier saying “this player is fecking shite” next to every name is pretty worthless. There’s also the fact that he’s a fecking shite manager so any judgements he’s made need to be taken with a pinch of salt.

I'm hoping Erik ten Hag knows enough about his system, the type of players required to play said system and our squad full of well known players that he'll be able to pick and choose who can contribute and who's expendable asap.
The same thing Chelsea fans said after sacking Mourinho, holding out banners calling Hazard/Cesc/Costa snakes. They won the league the following year, with those players playing a big role. Real Madrid fans go through the “sell all the players because they’re useless” phase every few years, they don’t, and end up winning things. I guarantee you next season some of these players look like much better footballers because they’re no longer playing for the worst manager in Premier League history.
How could Ralf Rangnick's ideas on managing this team be of use to anyone? We know the players are crap, but we also know he's out of his depth.

Hes not a good manager perhaps. And maybe no manager can manage players with no self respect. Neither of these things mean hed be unqualified to give advice like plenty of directors of football who couldn't manage a team if their lives depended on it
This is a squad of absolute shite that has been assembled by 5 different managers. We literally have a squad with players bought by Fergie; Moyes; LvG; Jose and Ole. It's a total and utter mismatch of nonsense, and over the next 3 years, I would like to see the vast majority binned off.

If ETH has even watched our games this season, I don’t think he will need a dossier on the players when the evidence is out there on the park.
I'm being realistic. I unfortunately don't foresee the drastic changes some think will happen this summer. I would be happy to gradually see them shipped out over that timeframe.

Rangnick needs to provide a detailed report on this squad. Individually and collectively. Ten Hag must know from day one who he wants to keep and who needs to go. Day one. I don’t want to hear anything about a clean slate. I expect atleast 40-50% of the players in this team gone. Losing 4-0 today made me feel the same way as seeing Liverpool go into the CL final. I don’t give a shite anymore. I know most of these players won’t be here next season. I don’t even get angry when my mates text me on WhatsApp anymore. Before I used to fight it because they are Arsenal fans but now I just can’t be bothered and even if I could, we are so bad that I wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. We are shocking. Ten Hag needs to know everything.
In fact, why not go for the opposite of a clean slate, where every ounce of goodwill or previous good performance gets eradicated completely by this season.
I doubt there will be dossier, Ralf will meet Erik at the end of the season to discuss things but I’m confident that Erik Ten Hag will be clued on about the scale of the job that needs doing.
