Should suits be worn on cup final day?

Seeing Klopp and Tuchel look like a pair of tramps made me wonder what happened to everyone scrubbing up for a cup final and making the effort for the occasion?

Just watching the League One play off final and it’s a similar story. Gareth Ainsworth hasn’t even bothered washing his hair and looks a right greasy character. It’s a fecking disgrace really.

I used to like it when I'd see the United players getting off the coach at big home games and all away games in suits, I think it shows that they mean business.

Its a domestic cup competition who cares? Its not the CL final or World Cup final.

Always used to be part of the build up. Cup final songs, players getting their designer suits. Now it is just another game. As others have said the standards have gone to pot.

Yeah who cares about winning trophies, duking it out with West Ham for a Europa Conference spot on the last day is where the real glory is.

Suits should never be worn. Don't dress as people want you to dress, dress as makes sense to you. (OK, and isn't too indecent, I guess.)

Didn't Klopp wear suits for the early Dortmund finals, lose them all and vow never to wear one again and it's certainly worked.

Never seen Tuchel in a suit.

Can remember Pulis leading Stoke out for a cup final and then going and changing into the club shop attire, the mad fecker. :lol:

Moyes started wearing suits every game when he became Man. United boss and look what happened, now back in a tracksuit every game at West Ham.

Abide with Me isn't great either with about 50 people trying to sing it. Can barely hear it now when it's one of the great build up traditions of the cup final.

Yes, they really should. Think it goes to show how the prestige of this great cup is slowly going. It should be a tradition that the both managers wear suits.

People don't even wear suits to weddings and business meetings or interviews. Everything is casual dress now.
