Thats a good idea actually maybe one month sub is the way to goUpgraded for Returnal and Stray. Then probably cancel and wait until 2023 when they start releasing games again.
I think that's another reason why I didn't take the plunge. I'm just not really that interested in playing old games. A lot of games from the PS1 era (and some PS2) just don't hold up. It would just be a novelty for me, in that I would boot some of those games up for about five minutes then would never touch them again. There are wayyy too many games out currently that the idea of going back and playing any of these really old games for more than ten minutes is just not appealing to me.I got the premium for 23 pounds on my current subscription as i wanted to play the classics. Looks good value.
Currently Playing RE 1 and the graphics are just...harmful. My eyes literally hurt. I thought they might have smoothed a few edges here and there but oh well. Gonna play Outer Wilds and a few others soon.
Good idea been very boring the last few months even with Elden Ring.Upgraded for Returnal and Stray. Then probably cancel and wait until 2023 when they start releasing games again.
I did the same. Paid the £20.96 difference for the premium and just feel so spoilt for choice now.I coughed up a whopping €36 for the premium!! Sweet!!!
I'm actually overwhelmed now with the amount of games to play!!
I've 2 weeks holidays coming up as well and aside from short trip I'm at home so lots of time to get stuck into some serious gaming!!
If you have not played them, TLOU 1 & 2.Any game recommendations for someone who's spent the last 2 years playing Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Sekiro and Elden Ring and finally needs a break from fromsoftware games?
A game with a comprehensible story would be good.
Bloodborne and Demon Souls will be played eventually.
Have you played zero dawn? If so definitely go for forbidden West. Great game.Any game recommendations for someone who's spent the last 2 years playing Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Sekiro and Elden Ring and finally needs a break from fromsoftware games?

Giving consideration to Horizon forbidden west and Deathloop at the moment
I ended up playing Days Gone and am really enjoying it, after pretty much playing nothing but From games back to back for a very long time. Haven't played Forbidden West but played Zero Dawn, which was decent, but I think Days Gone is a lot better.Any game recommendations for someone who's spent the last 2 years playing Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Sekiro and Elden Ring and finally needs a break from fromsoftware games?

I think 3 is thought of as the best of the modern lot and along with the original as the best of them all, maybe.Never played a Far Cry game before but i hear 3 is the best game. Does it still hold up today? I heard it has a good villain.
Saw someone play the latest Far Cry game and it looked horrific, or rather just not my thing. Hoping 3 is better and worth a try at least.
Days Gone was really good. It has some flaws but the general mechanics and gameplay loop are of a high level, not to mention the visuals.I ended up playing Days Gone and am really enjoying it, after pretty much playing nothing but From games back to back for a very long time. TLOU 1 & 2 if you haven’t played either as well as the Uncharted games.Any game recommendations for someone who's spent the last 2 years playing Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Sekiro and Elden Ring and finally needs a break from fromsoftware games?

Same, it's a bit disappointing for me right now, I own all of the decent stuff already. Think I'll spend some time playing the games I already own and this will hopefully make more sense next year,Not sure I'll upgrade. I don't think there's a single game I'm interested in playing (that I haven't already played).
They'll come and go. Dont know where to find the information but was reading about some game i was interested in only being there for a month or two.Don’t know if already been asked but does anyone know how often or long the games that are free to download on this new PS Plus service are available for?
I know GP update their catalog quite fairly and games come & go on their but usually you get a message when a specific game or two are leaving the service and when.
Returnal.I’m going to upgrade to premium. What are the games I should be playing on my shiny new ps5?
Whatever you do, don't make your first game (or last, or any other position) Treasure Hunter Simulator ... it's terribleI’m going to upgrade to premium. What are the games I should be playing on my shiny new ps5?
Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY!I’m going to upgrade to premium. What are the games I should be playing on my shiny new ps5?

I hope they come up with a system where we get an update. As of now it seems games mention the expiry date when there is when one - like RDR2 mentions SeptemberDon’t know if already been asked but does anyone know how often or long the games that are free to download on this new PS Plus service are available for?

Thanks all, is there a PS5 gamertag list?Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY!
There's an extensive* one in the OP.Thanks all, is there a PS5 gamertag list?
The narrative itself isn't anything special but I really liked Miles as a character. I loved the way Harlem embraced him as "their" Spider-Man, that was well done. Hopefully he gets a big playable role in the next full game.Finished the main story in Miles. I really liked it!
The two biggest issues are that it's too short and I didn't really care for the story.
I wouldn't feel like I got my money's worth at £45, but it was well worth the cost of PS Plus for a month. I finished the main story in about 8 hours.
I won't go into the story but I thought Phin came across as a physco
The strength of these games remains the gameplay.
It was still as fun as ever to swing around New York and they did actually change up the combat enough to make Miles different from playing as peter. The new venom powers were fun to use, although a bit too OP. Like the first game, the default difficulty is on the easy side.
One thing I really liked in this was using stealth. The bad guys AI is still laughable but maybe a bit better than the first game? Either way, it's fun trying to clear a room without being spotted.
The game looks pretty good on the PS5, I played on performance mode RT and I loved the 60fps. I still shrug at RT, though.
Overall, I would recommend this, but not at full price. 8/10
I think theres multiple versions of it available for download. Did you download the right one?So on all the lists, and on the PS store itself, it says that it's Spiderman GOTY edtion is the one on Extra, however when i go to download it, it's only the standard?
Definitely play Astro’s Playroom 1st I’d say. Absolute incredible game that showcases the controller’s full potential. Plus easy platinum if you are into trophy collecting?I’m going to upgrade to premium. What are the games I should be playing on my shiny new ps5?
Astro is the perfect opener for the Ps5. I had a stupid grin on my face throughout.Definitely play Astro’s Playroom 1st I’d say. Absolute incredible game that showcases the controller’s full potential. Plus easy platinum if you are into trophy collecting?
