Rashford doesn't look very present in this photos!!
Yeah I was wondering about that as well.

He certainly doesn’t look as though he’s not trying, but he hardly looks happy either. There’s a sort of grim determination about him. I really hope it clicks.

doesn’t look like he’s noticed the emergency kit kat that he’s got stashed away in the secret black pocket at the top of his tshirt.
What are those black pockets for? Some sort of monitoring device?

They look as though they’d be extremely uncomfortable

Are they training today, or they have a day-off because of the 7 hours they trained yesterday :smirk:

GPS monitoring. You get used to them after a while. Not uncomfortable at all actually

Ah ok.

It wouldn’t bother me, but my wife and daughters have complete meltdowns over small labels in their clothes, so I don’t think they’d be able to cope!

Apparently not much, we've some how manged to decipher that he's unhappy and absent minded off of 1 photo. Surely that's a new record by the arm chair therapist?
I wouldn’t say unhappy just because he’s looking serious, or absent minded. And it’s more than one photo.

My take which apparently offended some people was “grim determination”. How that’s been taken as a criticism is something I don’t understand at all.

No way he's back early??
I don't think Bruno is back early, probably training on his holiday.

I do believe players like Bruno, Maguire should be looking to get back in as early as possible.

Ten Hag has started work, there are players in CB who want to impress and players like Donny, if Ten Hag has 3 weeks of these players before the internationals come in, they will be ahead of the pecking order come pre season games.

This is one reason I think not getting picked for England might help Sancho and Rashford.

I agree with you but they need rest. Who ever agreed for Nation League and that WC in the winter can feck off. There is just too much football and it start to lose some of the magic.

Huh? You literally wrote he doesn't look happy and @Trex wrote he doesn't look very present...

You see the general mood looks cheerful, even Martial and VDB wearing big grins am just saying it like I see it. FYI I am hopeful he going to turn it around this season, I'm no Rashford hater!!

Sorry I didn’t realise it had to be so black and white. He’s not smiling; he looks serious and determined.

And he doesn’t look very present if all you’re referring to is his lack of joining in with the happy smiling vibes. I certainly wasn’t suggesting that he wasn’t taking the session seriously or giving his all.

Tbh whoever thought the nations league as a good idea can feck off too.

I get there is too much football, I do not expect alot of them to come back earlier. Its a very big season for some players.

The Nations League didn't add any fixtures though. It fixed the issue of European teams playing too many games against weaker teams.

You see, that’s the problem. Reading this thread, all you guys are doing is making fun of our players calling them names, fat, and just making jokes to any pictures posted in here. I get it, we don’t like our players but to start this new season with this much negativity is appalling.

It does for high(er) profile players. These players even if they get called up, played less minutes in the normal friendly.

Nations League does have relegation system which does add some competitiveness into it. Group winners play less in World Cup qualification this time. So there is some benefit, if you do just well enough.
