People still think we’ve had a good window?
I don't know how anyone can say that with a straight face, it's been abysmal. I do think the team noticeably looks like it's improving though, even with the disappointing window.

Feel like the desperate hope that Ten Hag was going to transform Donny into a Man Utd first team player are looking a bit off thus far.
We probably need him for the numbers in midfield but he has looked nothing special at all.

Chong should be a fullback because he's great at breaking up play

Where the grass is greener.
I am staggered a pre-season friendly featuring players who played yesterday has been a dull and tumescent game. I want my money back that I didn't spend on it.

fecking hell, if we had Sancho there instead of Chong today we'd be 3-1 up I think.

Really good by Laird there. Definitely a mixed performance from him. He's done some good stuff, particularly in 2nd half.

Not far enough
DVB loves making those simple few meters pass and leave the responsibility to someone else.

Garner is pretty mediocre himself. Doesn't do anything in midfield, another one who leaves responsibility to others and only attempt those few yards passes.
What was that with Ronaldo when neither of them wanted the ball? Wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry...

Nice counter, until Chong got the ball... Why do they keep passing the ball to him

Same story last game against Atletico. Had we had Sancho instead of Elanga we'd have score goals in the first half.
