This guy and Gakpo for what would have probably been the amount it would have taken for Sesko, seems like decent business.

When it was between Arnautovic and this guy I became a huge fan of this guy. Now that Arnautovic is out of the equation, this guys going back to the bottom of the pile.

It seems no doubt that Ten Hag is looking for a towering striker

Myabe wait a few years before deciding which side of that equation is the winner, but if I was a betting man I would put my money on Sesko being the most successful of the lot.

Very high presses and high aerial duels won. Fits with the idea he wants a striker good with his back to the goal and can throw himself about a bit.

Not even close to the level we need and is mid twenties - Unless we accept mediocrity this is an insult, we should be looking at Shick, Moussa Dembele, Nkunku and that's already a level below the top tier

All 3 just recently renewed their contracts, so it's this guy as 4th choice striker for 20 million, or one of them as 4th choice striker for 60+ at the cheapest...

He looks a bit awkward compared to Sesko and it seems like German league watchers really don't rate him, or think he's average at best. Not exactly appealing, for a mid 20s striker with marginal improvement to be expected.

I don't get this need for wanting big lump up top anymore, I just don't want to see it, and surely as would be top club we are better than that.

Too good to be true though, when things seem straight forward or a better option for us it never works out…

Makes sense. Trim some deadwood to sign some new deadwood.
Don’t get why we’d have to trim some players though before buying some first. We’ve just lost halve a squad on a free

Another bargain basement target. 6 goals last season and he's 25. Christ this is bottom of the barrel shit.

No marks and players no one else wants like Rabiot. That's where the club are dining.

I don't think he'll be a world beater. But he seems like reasonable back up to Ronaldo and Martial, and seems versatile. We clearly need depth up front. His injury record looks like a problem, but possibly acceptable if he's just a rotation option.

Dross after dross after dross. Welcome to the daft club that is Manchester United. We have the worst people running this football club. Going to be stuck in mediocrity until something drastically changes.

The thing is, the two top clubs in the country have just purchased target men. Proper forwards are back. Obviously the two in question are supreme examples.

He had a shoulder injury that kept him out for more than 3 months. Not that I endorse the transfer just doing my research on him. Overall he missed 20 games due to injury and only played 15.

Those three would not be fourth choice strikers at United. We only have Ronaldo and Martial, and someone like Nkunku or Schik are probably better than either of our current options. This guy would clearly be the third choice at united. Being fourth choice out of three strikers is a position reserved for Arnautovic.
