Christ, this guy combines the laziness of Martial with the ineffectiveness of Donny van de Beek. That's quite the combo. Hopeless. Like, oh my god. He's absolutely crap. Jesus...

No point in having go at him , he is just not up to it, he is too meek and slow for this level.

Him jumping out of that challenge right before halftime was absolutely unforgiveable. He's an utter waste of money and should be shipped out as soon as possible.

We can absolutely have a go at someone deliberately pulling out of tackles on the edge of our own box. That's some cowardly shite.

The mentality just isn’t there. I really hope Dortmund come back in for him and we can recoup a decent fee.

I keep hearing this. What talent? He looks barely Premier League standard. He wouldn't get into the Crystal Palace or Southampton team.
Same. Don't see much difference between him and Lingard, and I can't stand Lingard.

I can't wait till Garnacho is back. Someone who actually shows a bit of tenacity and fight. Don't wanna see this weak pussy wearing our shirt again.

Sancho's underwhelming first half performance looked a lot better after that 2nd half without him.

He scored against Sheriff in the group stages and that's it. 1 goal + 0 assists in 6 EL starts 4 sub, 451 mins of anonymity.

Contact the Saudis, you could get a decent wedge for him from them. However, whatever else happens he should never represent the club again. Tonight summed up his career at United.

Fun fact - he’s not even 40% of the way through his contract.

He’s already earned about 35million from the club and is set to earn about another 55million. Not a chance we’re getting rid. Cheers Woodward

Saw some bright spots in the Forest game, but today was just about 15 steps back again. Was just a pathetic performance, really.

Practically turtle shells himself from a shot before half time and then not 10 seconds later completely pulls out of a challenge on the edge of our own box.

Guy is a wimp. Physically weak. Mentally weak. Lazy. Time is up for him.

Our attacking line tonight cost over 200m.

You could generally argue Dan James had a better United career than Sancho. He’s been that bad

He scored 49 goals in 3 seasons at dortmund. How? I understand the difference between the league, but it is not that big. I want him to do well, he is 23 and should be getting better by the day. But seriously in his time with us, i have not figured out what he is good at. What does he contribute? He’s not fast, never dribbles past a defender, never run at defenders, cant cross, doesn't score. What does he do. How did it do it at dortmund.

His talent level is irrelevant with his mentality. There is no fire or toughness in him, no sign of him ever being a guy you can count on it when it is tough. The best you can say about him is that he can be a nice player when it is easy.

Pretty similar stats in the PL for us.
If Sancho hadn't such a big price tag he would have been binned long ago.

Dan James 50 apps 6 goals and 7 assists.
Sancho 47 apps 7 goals and 5 assists.

I keep hearing this but I've yet to see it
Dare I say elite vision and ability on the ball at his best, but too much of a pussy to do anything with them the vast majority of the time. On current form the way he goes about reminds me of a showboating futsal/five-a-side player with little substance elsewhere. He needs to shape up pronto or the writing is on the wall for him.

I don't want to pile on with Sancho but he's just anonymous when it matters most. I honestly can't think of a time he's run a game for us and it's been nearly 2 years. I think he'll get another chance for next season but if he doesn't step up big time, he's got to go.

I actually don't think he is that talented. Like, he isn't an elite dribbler, not an elite passer, movement is none existent, can't finish with any consistency.

Where is this talent?

Get rid of him and recoup as much as possible in the summer, but those wages...

Whoever sanctioned those wages for him deserves to go with him.

Honestly don't think he's worth any more patience. He's been given numerous opportunities. It's not that he even plays poorly for me. It's his attitude. He has no fight on the pitch.

I hate saying this about players, but he plays like a coward out there.

I've said it before but this guy doesn't have a trick or the pace to beat a defender. Unless the whole team is built around what strengths he does have, he offers almost nothing.

I also, on this forum, did say he was overrated when I saw him in Germany.

Sancho is absolute proof that mentality is the foremost quality that any Utd player must have.
Today he half hearted a challenge for the ball, got passed by having the ball clipped by him and then jogs back in the general direction of our goal. All in one move. While on the other side of the pitch, Anthony busts a guy to get back in defence and makes the clearance.

I don't care about ability or potential ability if they can't beat the man in front of them in their head they won't on the pitch.

A Valid question. Good weight of pass and interplay, composed finisher when he gets a chance, good balance. Lack explosiveness, ball striking, not much of a cross or a shot from range on him and well below par fitness levels. Huge disappointment.

I was happily behind him, but he has no intensity and I would happily sell him and have Garnacho/Rashford going forward.

I'd say these are average for £75m level #10s

I am seriously worried about him. Well, it's probably gone beyond worry towards resignation.
