2 goals last season and just 3 this season. You'd struggle to find another winger who has performed worse. Most defenders do better and even Robinson has a goal to his name. Lennon goes missing most of the time in most of the matches.

Even squad players like Park and SWP have been better. Luis Garcia has played just a few games and even he has 3 goals

Not very pacy, good in the air, seems to have time on the ball, great vision of players around him, good close control, great range of passing and able to execute little flicks and touches to create openings in defences!

Yeah his shooting's a bit crap but that's not fundamentally what he's there for. He's one of the best wingers in the league.

He's not, he's overhyped because of his pace. Like Karma said, Park has better "stats" this season and he's only played 20 games. Lennon is a good player but he's not worth the £15-20 million Spurs would sell him for.

5 goals in 2 seasons is incredibly poor return for a winger whichever way you try to paint it. This season Lennon has been poor, other than pace none of his attributes are "superb" or top class. Because of his pace, he gets into positions where he can deliver a descent cross or take a shot. Needs to improve both of these aspects. I do think he is good at getting past players and that's not down to pace only.

Lennon this season has faded. I'd give him one more season to decide whether he should be a permanent fixture in this forum

Presently, he's as good as the current, trying to regain form, Wright-Phillips

Agreed with the one on one thing though. The prime reason why I'd want him is cos he's one of the few quality wingers around these days who can be signed, and is English to boot

He's a right footed Richardson. He's able to beat a man by using his pace but no end product.

Everyone knew Ronaldo had to improve his final product which he has done with aplomb this season

Give Lennon some time. I don't think he'd be as good as Ronaldo or Robben, but as good as Duff or Wright-Phillips, which is very good

There possibly is a 7 year old kid somehere who is more talented than Ronaldinho was at the same age.

It's hard to tell these days when expectations are so high. Lennon is a decent player but he certainly isnt as good as some people make out.
