@Utdfrom2002 was an excellent commissioner last year but @okLaptop1 he wouldn't mind to do it either so just choose between yourselves. I'd suggest to use ESPN again just like last time.
Let's agree on rosters and bench size first, and then a date to draft. There's no pre-season so in principle we could even do it know, but there'll be injuries in training camp too so might make more sense to wait a few more weeks.
My personal preference is a PPR, 18 round draft:
1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
1 FLEX
1 K
1 D/ST
8 bench spots
Most regular leagues are only 2 WRs and only 6 bench spots I think, that's definitely also fine by me as well but imo deeper leagues are a bit more fun.
Waiver wire could work through FAAB or just a priority system by which the person who hasn't picked up a player for the longest period of time gets to choose first and so on. Both are fine for me.
