You currently still have him on IR and I think you cannot make any moves unless you activate him to your roster given that he's no longer on IR in real life thoug.

It's mostly playing on different platforms that makes it not enjoyable for me.
I have 5 leagues now but they are all on Sleeper and it's easily manageable.
