I think the most shocking thing about this clip, to me, is that radio still hasn't figured out that if you use voice apps instead of recording from a phone call you can get audio that doesn't sound like absolute dogshit when someone calls in. Use Skype, even, that's almost as old as radio at this point (give or take).
