ABU 2025-2026

I’m not sure why I even bother looking at sutton’s predictions. He is just so obviously biased and hates United.

Sick of the one sided crap for United games. If United get a questionable or half arsed decision , it’s scrutinised and highlighted hard. When something goes against us it’s either not mentioned or brushed aside.

it happened so much under ETH (even his last game we were robbed) and last season under Amorim. I’m fed up seeing United uniquely have any bit of good luck supersized as if the club only ever gets the good stuff.

Even the whole chat of our managers. If a United manager went on a run like slot they’d be savaged. Do fans remember Ferguson being written off in 00s? I mean when we got veron snd Ruud there was alot of “Fergie buying the league” stuff thrown at him. Yet slot spends half a billion and “well he won league so deserves some slack” is the narrative.

The Guardian goes under the radar, but it is firmly ABU too with headlines like these:

Sean Dyche rages at corner decision for United opener after Forest are held

Wonder what they said about the foul on Amad last week when the game was at 0-0? That's right - absolutely nothing.
Sesko had a shot which was a corner , goal kick given minutes later Forest take a shot which hits their own player and goes out for a corner.
We scored from a match officials error they didn’t . End of

If that corner was the other way round and Forest scored, you know it wouldn't be getting the same amount of attention.

It would have been 'unfortunate'. That would be all they would say. 'Big clubs get all the luck so nice a smaller club gets some for a change.'

So damn typical

No outrage last week over Welbeck moving his FK up 10 yards, the clear pen for Amad that was ignored, the corner they didn't give us at the end or Bournemouth benefitting from the same exact situation last week against the same opposition but the second United benefit, the thinkpieces and debates over rule/protocol changes come out.

It's an article written purely for the engagement they know it will get because United are involved. Nobody has ever floated the idea of using VAR for corners or free kicks. It's bad enough that they disallow goals if there was a foul in the build up.

The narrative up until now has been to reduce VAR bloat. This article is incredibly jarring and tone death.

Well yeah, they use VAR for corners in that game and we have the same amount, and Forest have one fewer. Go right ahead.

Campaign to have the game replayed next.

He's right for me. That formation looks all wrong. But I agree with Jonny, if we're winning games thats all that matters
It’s more that he’s back on tv (finally) and already back at it with United. Where the fecks the guy been during the Liverpool slump?

Any other team in the form (results wise) we’re in still getting the criticism about formation? It’s mental.

“Doesn’t matter that he turns like a barge”

The state of that describing a player who has showed real quality. Get it right up Sherwood.

Was just thinking about Elanga today. Funny he hasn't been labelled a flop when he's been massively ineffective for Newcastle this season yet people were all over his performances for Forest and the discrepancy in fees both Man Utd and Forest received for him. Is what it is.

He's just a troll. Best ignored. The only thing people should remember about the bum is that he scored the most own goals in pl history.

Never see Fergie's name linked with periods at clubs that correspond to allegations of massive corruption. Be it referee bribery scandals or breaking the league's rules 115 times FFS.
Pep has not only damaged the reputation of the game in this country, but also made it much worse to watch.

That is a bizarre take, Fergie's success can be measured on far more than league titles and gaps between, he built a legacy, it's not even comparable to Pep on any level.

Jamie still having nightmares about his playing career, him and his club weren’t even at the races most of the time.

This on the BBC website,
Only captains are supposed to approach referees during Premier League matches this season.
