Honestly poor performance. Congo is very dangerous whenever they get in or near the box. If we don't improve, getting past QF will be a miracle.

Excellent run from Trezeguet for Salah's goal.
He's finally living up to his hype after disappointing in World Cup. Hopefully moves to a good club after the tournament.
Very interesting player. Not an explosive or particulary skilled player, but he is very determined and focused.
Kenya V Tanzania is a derby of sorts I guess. All eyes on Senegal V Algeria tonight, thats a fixture worthy of the final.
From what I've seen so far we (Egypt) will struggle against Senegal, Algeria and Cote D'Ivoire.
I've beeb particularly impressed with Peoe and Zaha. Expected Zaha to be selfish and a show pony, and he is the latter but a team player, drawing out a couple of defenders and playing others in. Contrast from Salah who tries to shoot everytime (though I can't blame him when his passing options are usually Marwan Mohsen and Abdalla Said). I'd like to see Salah and Trezeguet play closer together positionally.
Shit quality tournament so far but hopefully it will heat up in the knock outs.

They actually played really well against Guinea. Great showing from them and other underdogs so far.
