Isak is going to Liverpool, they are moving as a club determined to maintain their superiority. I know Liverpool fans have moaned about their owners in the past (which seems hilarious to me, but then each their own), however they have always been undoubtedly football first as a way to building a club and generating value.
Glazers are clearly not for a plethora of reasons that have been mentioned ad nauseum and the result is what we are currently witnessing. Appreciate I’m preaching to the choir, but it is what it is.
Jim Ratcliffe has absolutely zero pedigree in taking over sports teams - in any discipline - and making smart long term decisions so the future is (on paper) bleak as feck.
Hopefully Isak, Wirtz, Ekitike, who else again? Are all fecking shite. Unlikely though.
