All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Having trouble trying to get the QR codes appearing outside of the 3hrs. I've changed my time and date for a date in the future on my phone (Pixel 7), but the app just doesn't let me see.

Anybody any suggestions?
Has anybody managed to do this on Android?

I've done it before. It doesn't work anymore. When you change the date into the future you get logged out of the app and can't log back in until you change the date back
Balls ok, going to have to rely on my missus to read her phone on shift and get somebody to take a pic to send back to her just to take my dad, what a faff they've made it!

You can add her as an app relationship on the ticketing website ( 3 options now, Strong, Standard and app). This way all her tickets will appear on your phone (and yours on hers too).

I’ve just moved my phone clock to tomorrow night and the QR code is there, so must be depending on what phone you have, mine is an iPhone

Awesome, thank you. Wasn't working for me initially but the support team sorted it.
Makes things so much easier.

Managed to get one off the website last night. Keep refreshing, takes a lot of patience and good timing.

Damn, that's lucky. I missed the ticket drop last week and have been refreshing since. I only saw a ticket once and they didn't let me buy because it was in the North stand for under 16s.

Edit: Holy f*ck, just went on the website and got one.

Congrats! You can grab singles usually in the week of a game (Brentford on the day!), it just takes perseverance.

Two single tickets for the Leicester Carabao Cup game available. Stretford End Lower, below fv. Please DM if interested.

United have sold out for tomorrow night apart from the odd return popping up and a couple of cheap execs at only £249 in South stand so you lads who have spares might get lucky now

My friend who’s a member wants a single for tonight. I know there’s a load available so will take from whoever offers the best value seat (best location, lowest price)

Thanks!

Ps May not reply until around midday as I’m working

Pair together, available for tonight.

£25, low down East Stand tier 2, near the exits. Cracking views.

DM if interested, cheers.

Anyone still trying to shift one cheap later? I can take one, feel free to DM.

Has any STH forwarded a home league match to a non-member before?

I understand there’s an admin fee for this but the person who I’m forwarding to has signed up on the app and can’t see their supporter ID so I can’t add them as a relationship on the ticket website.

What does the #3 mean in the OP? You need to register an account on the website? I'm a paid member but I have two friends who want to go to a match but they are not members.

It's regarding season ticket holders who want to forward tickets to non-members. If you are only a member (not a season ticket holder), you can't really help your two non-member friends out. Most matches only ever go on sale to members from the club.

The only/most-likely way for non-members to get tickets is from season ticket holders. I can do them 2 tickets for PAOK next week if you'd like.

Yes, I've done it.

You need their membership number to do this. If they click on 'My United' on the app in the bottom right, can they not see their membership number displayed there?

If not, get them to log in to the website ticketing section and they should see it there. Btw, when you have to pay an admin fee to forward tickets to non-members, you can't do it through the app as a STH - you need to do it through the website and the app will prompt this if you try.

Okay, but what do my friends need to do? Create an account? Or can it be fixed another way? Thank you for the offer, but it's the Newcastle game.
