All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Sorted via Okey - easy guy to deal with, happy to vouch.

Worth pointing out for those that don't know - you cannot forward tickets once the turnstiles open (usually two hours pre KO).

Trying to get tickets for the Ipswich game, I'm coming over from the states and my Dad lives up there so I really want to surprise him and take him to the game, anybody know how I can do that without paying a $1000 :/

People are going to be reluctant to give tips on how you jump the queue for an away game when thousands of season ticket holders have missed out.

I get your position, wish you well - but I hope I get one before you do :).

I think as well that if anyone has a spare then they’ll know another season ticket holder or regular match goer who they can pass it onto.

Just bumping this, especially for tomorrow, will take a token gesture for PAOK.

All other games still available:

PAOK (my 2 tickets)
Newcastle (sold mine but my mate's 2 tickets are available, still in Stretford End tier 2)
Southampton (up to 4 tickets, all in Stretford End tier 2 but in pairs)
Brighton (my 2 tickets)

Cheers.
Bumping/ updating this as still have some tickets available:

Bodo (up to 4 tickets available, Stretford End tier 2, seated in pairs)
Southampton (up to 4 tickets available, Stretford End tier 2, seated in pairs)
Brighton (2 tickets available, Stretford End tier 2, seated together)

Would only want to sell in pairs, drop me a DM if any are of interest.

Thanks.

Had money taken for Spurs in the cup!

First one all season - should be a cracker with almost 6k fans

I'm desperate for a ticket to this if one comes up. Asking for aways on here is a stretch but i've dealt with / helped out a good few of you in the past so thought i'd stick a hand up for once.

I would have thought it been so close to Xmas and been a mid week game tickets wouldn’t be an issue for this.

London, quarter final - stadium people want to tick off - and 5.8k isn't THAT big an end. Not surprised it's tough.

I've not got one yet, travelling without.

Loads of tickets in the Stretford end 'atmosphere section" that was 'sold out' to members in last week's ticket drop now available at £299 a pop for Newcastle at home.

I've emailed the club asking about this total piss take - not for the first time.

Just noticed this - was looking for a couple tickets for the Newcastle game. It’s not just the Newcastle game either, all following games until the end of the season have tickets dotted around the ground at silly prices with the ‘warehouse package’ included. Like they are holding any returns and selling them as hospitality.

Hi All,

Finally got my son to his first game, he seems to now be really keen to keep going.

Looking for Forest, Bournemouth, Newcastle tickets for his birthday/christmas - I can take upto 3 adults and 1 U16 all with memberships.

Tom

Alright troops, I stupidly ended up missing the ballot for the Spurs away game in the league cup. If anyone can’t make it and fancy punting the tickets, I’d be eternally grateful. Give me a shout if so. Thanks in advance :)

The ticketing system really isn't fit for purpose. Got kicked out on Friday after waiting in line for an hour for being 'a robot' despite having clicked all the bits before the queue started to prove I wasn't a robot. Anyway, from having a choice of tickets I ended up at the back of the queue and nothing was left when I got to the front again. It's rubbish. Considering every ticket needs to be assigned to a membership, I'm not sure how being a robot would have been to my advantage.

My brother and I are coming down for the Rangers game in January and staying in the quays overnight. Where is good to go beforehand for some beers and that?
Depends on your plans during the day.

Presuming you’re not from Manchester, I’d be looking to have a potter around the city centre during the day then go to somewhere like The Nags Head pre-game before getting the tram to the ground later.

Nice one. I was down for my stag do in June and had a brilliant weekend, but not down as often as I'd like. Will probably be arriving into the quays about 4ish.

Will have a look at going there, cheers.

The Quays has some good drinking spots - Lime Bar for example. My only word of warning is I have seen some away fans drink in there too and given Rangers will likely bring a big following I would expect some in there too. As per the suggestion above, Nags Head if you've got time to get to the City Centre - if not, United pubs near the ground (most ask to see your match ticket) are probably your best bet. Not that many good options these days but the Tollgate is decent.

I think town will be a shitshow because of all the supporters Rangers will bring. You’re better off heading out in the OT direction

Cheers. Been to the Tollgate before so will keep that in mind. If we are down in time think we will get into the centre, Nags head, Tollgate and then the game.

Unfortunately Lime bar is now a sushi restaurent. 11 Central round the corner is from it is pretty decent.
