Should be with you now.

I got 3 in the NW quadrant. Unheard of back in the day. They’ve not told me how much they’ve charged yet

If any ST holders in lower tiers have 3 they want to sell if they’re away, let me know. I’m recovering from an ACL injury so less stairs would be great!
Nice one, thanks - yeah looks like I've been successful too, pair in East Stand Tier 2. I'm hoping they won't be charging me £97...!

Hope you get better with the ACL soon enough!

It is a bit surprising that there's so many successful ballots for the Arsenal game, but I guess the fact it's early in the season and families on summer holidays has something to do with that. Plus lower demand perhaps as we're so bad now...

The fact it's £97 a ticket might be a part of it don't ya think!

I didn't bother applying

Same... its the price that's put a lot of people off - especially those with young kids.

I couldn't get past the fact it would cost nearly £150 for me and my 5 year old to watch a game of football so didn't apply.

Any ST holders with 2 going spare I'll happily buy them from you.

I'm amazed that I have just been able to buy 3 tix for a game in December for me, my adult son and my teenage daughter for 120 snicker.

Exactly this. It was just shy of £150 for me and my 7 year old lad.

The rest of the games at £105 are bad enough but £150 is taking the piss.

Did anyone NOT get a ticket in the ballot?

Forgot I applied for Chelsea too. Bank account has taken a hit

There was a time when you could go a whole season without some success in a ballot. How times have changed..

Nothing yet about September. They're keeping it tight to their chests.

This is what I need to know. I'm trying to plan a trip that hopefully nets me the City game and the Chelsea game. But it's all going to depend on day/time and I can't even plan my flights.

And I’ll tell you why you’ll struggle to get tickets , I went and looked at the East tier 2 for availability, there were about 200 tickets for sale in 2 blocks and all converted into exec tickets , about 20 in row for the grand price of £1250 , my old seat in the South stand behind the dug out are of course now exec seats and now £549 and needless to say hardly any have been sold.
Be interesting to see what happens to all these if they go unsold.

Where did you get moved to pal?

I think they will sell/give any unsold to Sponsors. Too much of a brass neck, even by their standards, to have the the behind dug out seats selling for CAT A prices.

Just a little to my right , maybe 20 seats across towards the away fans and instead of row 8 it’s row 1 which isn’t too bad, so front row of the second section, so in times of boredom I can rest my chin on the barrier ,

I predict that barrier may be rested on a fair bit this season if we don't up our recruiting

Sound. Not too bad.
Pie holder in front of you.

You can kick the tin wall for a bit of raucousness.

Just trying to understand the new ticketing system. Bit the bullet and paid £76 for United Vs Burnley (!). North stand, tier 2, 2nd row.

How much are the season ticket equivalents in this section...and is it worthwhile waiting for tickets being sold by members for future games?

Bought myself a ticket for the Leeds friendly in Stockholm, 120 quid. Cunha better be there.

Not sure but it’s max £56.

Appreciated, I’ve been on the ST waiting list for a decade without joy, was going to join the cup scheme to improve my chances this year but that’s not an option currently.

I'm pondering the idea of coming over for Arsenal game, do we reckon there'll be any returns with tickets available prior to the game or is this too risky for the opening game and I'm better off holding out until Burnley/Chelsea/Sunderland?

It's all guesswork but you will be highly likely to pick up tickets on here / the club for Burnley and Sunderland.

Need luck and persistence with Arse/Chelsea.

Is the general view i would take.

There was season ticket holders on here with spares last season for pretty much every game aside from city and Bilbao. I think you'll get sorted if you want one.

On that note, anyone have a spare for Arsenal at home.

Thanks!

Burnley and Sunderland will be easy, I've been to lower profile games multiple times and it's never been an issue to get tickets through the club. Sometimes you have to wait until a few days before the game (like Spurs last year) but ultimately I was always able to get them comfortably. I have not been to a high profile game yet so no clue how realistic it is, I should have probably tracked it last year even when I didn't plan to come just to do my own research.

The big games originally go to a ballot - then there are random drops just like the smaller games.

The difference being this year the price has jumped up to about 100% for members on CAT A games.

Singles, you should be fine as a member getting a return.
Pair of seats is more difficult.
Are you a member or buying using the hospitality route?

EDIT - lots of tickets on sale for Arsenal Stretford end, tier 2!

There are plenty of tickets available in Stretford End Tier 2 for these - only singles for Arsenal and Chelsea though now....

Keep an eye for returns if you're after pairs or triples for Arsenal / Chelsea I guess.

Edit: lots of tickets available in 2s / 3s / 4s in Stretford End Tier 2 for Chelsea.

Another reminder - any ST holders that cant make the Arsenal game I'll be happy to pay to take the tickets from you. Looking for an adult and a child.
