What the hell is going on with these 8pm games? 4 of the next 5 home games are 8pm mid week? Was looking forward to a Christmas beer in Manchester but that looks out the window.

I'm away for the Newcastle game but was looking to get the train back for that game as only in the lakes. Is kick off date/time for Newcastle set in stone before I start laying the ground work with the Mrs? :)
Hold off if you can, we're only confirmed at home until Bournemouth.

It will most likely be confirmed today or Monday latest, the PL were supposed to confirm fixture times until end of January on 15th October. I always think when they announce fixtures late on a Friday there's a whiff of turning in their homework late!

It's not, could easily move forward or back a day. Time is anyone's guess.

Thank you mate, i'll keep my eye on it then. I take it that means the same for the Wolves that shows as 8pm on the 30th?
The Newcastle game: I'd be astonished if it retains the current kick-off date and time.

As it falls on Sat 27th December, it's not a bank holiday, so it's 99% going to be broadcast on Sky / TNT. If it was boxing day, the 3pm kick off could have remained, as I don't believe 3pm kick offs on bank holiday are within the scope of the (ridiculous) 3pm Saturday tv blackout.

As for Wolves on 30th, in as much that it's not a bank holiday and is a week night, I'd expect the kick off time to be the same, but it may get moved to the day after.

I think we're away at Leeds scum Saturday Saturday 3rd Jan (could be moved to Sunday also), so there is a bit more room regarding fixture changes.

It takes the mick either way!

What time to the players tend to arrive before games now? My daughter wants to see them come in. I'm sure it was changed this year and communicated out, but I can't find it anywhere.

My Uncle needs one if you are happy to do as a single - no worries if you want to wait.

anyone know when there is likely to be a ticket release or an update to tickets being returned - had my eye on the home game v Palace 28th Feb

It depends what you're after mate, as there's currently loads of singles available all over the ground.

If you want a pair or more, then it'll be a matter of lurking on the site waiting for returns to pop up.

As for further releases, there's almost certainly going to be a scheduled release and there will definitely be some random releases too.

I am pretty sure there will be chances to pick up a pair or more at some point, as the club do like to hold back any number of tickets.

Hope you get sorted.

Just weighing up buying on here vs buying from the club.
From the club as a member, you're looking at £68 and up for anything that's not North tier 3. How do the ST prices compare? I'm guessing people don't scam on here as from what I can see, most people have been signed up to the forum for years!

Buying on here is first class. You will pay the ST price. £43 - £58ish depending on where in the ground.

Thanks for the quick response. So far I'm sorted for Brighton, Everton, Bournemouth and Wolves...but it's just over £70 as a member. Not too bad when planning to take the kids in April as two tickets is roughly £100, but as a single ticket it's steep!

I have a friend who is borrowing a membership from another friend. He is going to log in to the other friends account. But how does the wallet thing work? Does the ticket download to the phone who is saving the ticket to the wallet or to the account registered? If you know what I mean and if my question makes sense..

Don’t think this works as the account is locked to a single device, someone at the ticket office has to release it before you login to another device.

Tell to set up an ‘App’ relationship on the website.

Both of them will be able to see each others tickets for every game then and it is just a case of opening your own app and going to ‘My Tickets’.

Anyone who you have the ‘App’ relationship will have tickets on your app that you can then download

Thanks. But does that work even if one of them is not a paying member?

Good question.

I can’t confirm that but id hazard a guess that it won’t work. Apologies, I presumed they were both members

Feck. I can't forward the ticket either because I'm not a season ticket holder. I wonder if my friend will need to become a member now and then try the app relationship thing.... bizarre that they make it so difficult to watch a single game.

They make more money. That’s all they care about

I went for the Bilbao game last season and was in a sort of similar position. My mate and his dad had tickets together. I had a ticket for a different stand. My mate's dad couldn't go. We're all members. We setup a strong relationship between all 3 memberships. I could access my mate's dad's ticket through the app that way so I could use his ticket and sit next to my mate.

Not sure whether ticketing process has changed since tbh. But yeah you might need to get a new membership to access the tickets that way? Sorry, I feel for you as it's such a palava. Used to be able to share tickets around so much back in the day and it's all kind of come to a stop now it seems...

If you can’t go for a legitimate reason, a phone call to the club might be in order. The ticket office don’t really care most of the time.

They’ll at least advise on the best course of action

Well... I'm thinking now, I just read this at the website:

"My child / dependAnt doesn't have a smartphone and I need to see their ticket

No action is needed, as long as you have strong relationship in place. Your child/dependant’s tickets will automatically appear on your device too.
Please note, a child is recognised as someone aged under 16.
If you need to set up a strong relationship, you can do so via the ticketing website."

So I should be able to have the two tickets on my phone, and then say that my friend doesn't have a smartphone or that its broken or something?

I will try to explain:

I bought two tickets earlier, one for me and one for friend number 1. We are both members.
Friend number 1 can't go, so I'm taking friend number two. Friend number 2 isn't a member.

So I should be able to field the strong relationship app with friend number 1, and then have both tickets on my phone so friend number 2 can get in?

However, the also say this "
For security reasons, by default, you will only be able to see your own ticket unless you are currently strongly linked to someone aged 16 and under or you are a disabled supporter who has a carer.

It is possible to create a new App Ticket relationship type to see someone else’s ticket, regardless of their age."

Sounds like it.

I didn’t think the strong relationship thing worked but @armchairfan25 seems to have had experience of it working so I’d bow to his knowledge. App friends 100% works. My and all the lads I sit with have it and we can all else each others

I can see both mine and my friends ticket on my app (I haven't dared to download his ticket to my wallet though) so @armchairfan25 that should work?

Anyone want a pair together in E336 for West Ham or Bournemouth, I can't get the time off work for both so you can pick. £43 a ticket

If someone is forwarded a ticket but can't make it, can they forward the email to someone else to use the ticket? If so, I have a ticket tomorrow if anyone is looking. Great seat in the East stand.
