All Time Reserves Draft

General Rules:
1. Snake Draft Format i.e. picks start with Manager 1, then 1-16, 16-1, 1-16 and so on. (Random Order, initialised by a neutral.)
2. All managers have 8 hours to decide their pick, if not they can pick whenever they are ready while the draft continues. Three missed picks in a row results in loss of the eight hour window.
3. When you make a pick, please post the player name and/or a picture, update the ongoing draft list and tag the next manager.
4. Once a pick is posted in the thread, either by a manager or his assistant, it CANNOT be changed. This rule is final, no exceptions (posted by mistake, etc). Be careful before posting a pick.
5. There will be 12 rounds of drafting.
6. Once the teams are done the matches will follow. All matches will run for 24 hours.

Draft Rules:
1. All Time Draft, all players in the history of the game apart from the restrictions (see below) are available for the duration of the draft.
2. Every manager must submit an additional block before the draft begins. These 16 players will be added to the Banned List.
3. Every manager must pick at least 1 goalkeeper in the 12 man squad, the rest of the formation is free for them to decide.
4. DO NOT name unpicked players, repeated offence will be punished by the draft mod.

Restrictions:
1. All players in the Banned List are NOT available for the entire duration of the draft.
2. All players born on or after 01 JAN 1990 are NOT available for the entire duration of the draft.

Reinforcements:
1. First round (Pre QF) of reinforcements will consists of 2 picks per team and will be conducted in the reverse order of the initial format.
2. Pre SF reinforcements will be conducted in Sheep Format. The four semi finalists will submit two picks and one block each, for three rounds. This means you can can add upto 2 players to your team and you will exit the round as soon as you have two successful picks.
3. Pre final reinforcements wil be conducted in Sheep Format. The two finalists will submit one pick and one pick and one block each, for three rounds. This means you can can add upto 1 player to your team and you will exit the round as soon as you have one successful pick.
4. The Reinforcements pool will consist of all players from the losing teams as well as any other players that was unpicked in the initial draft. Hence, NO NAMING UNPICKED PLAYERS AFTER THE DRAFT.

Draft Starts on April, 06, 2016, that is tomorrow. We will use this day to finalise the blocks and the draft order.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY THE DRAFT MOD.

Once we have all the blocks, we can ask a neutral to generate the initial draft order.

not sure if you even want to, but just in case I thought I remind you (and whoever is running a draft in the future). When I ran the Euro draft, @Damien gave me permissions to add polls to my threads, so that I don't have to tag one of the mods all the time:

Not that odd given the nature of the draft, it was one player per nation, so for a nation with the pool as deep as Brazil's you can expect some to miss out.

That got fecked up with some changes Niall made to the user group which at first made polls available for everybody and then had to be withdrawn back to mods because some people go mental when they have the ability and add polls to every bloody thread.

As far as I know it's still only mods that can do it, but it you still have the permissions now I'm obviously wrong!!

No, it was after the changes you mentioned. Damien gave me individually the permissions. I can still create polls when I start the draft match threads.
