He doesn't play enough to have any connection with the other players and appears unable to assert himself to make up for it. He also looks really nervous, but again that might be down to the fact that he never plays. Problem is he's not good enough to be first choice and he's just not going to get the game time as a number 2. But we're really not likely to be able to get in two keepers, so we're stuck with him for now. Hopefully we're not stuck with Onana
 
I don't have any faith in him from what I've seen. Appears to be worse than Onana, and doesn't even come across as a reliable back up sadly.

Did he make some good saves? Yes
That's a good performance in my eyes

His highlight reel was a reel of bloopers. I couldn't believe that we were signing him.

Iirc, he wasn't the first choice keeper at the Turkish club we signed him from. It made no sense going for him.

He come for crosses as well, Onana is glued to his line. Maybe controversial but I'd take him over Onana, admittedly not a great pool to chose from.

Not controversial. He looked tad bit better. Maybe more games will settle him down or expose his flaws. But by summer, need to replace both along with the manager, with or without EC secured. We going no where with these three.

No chance with the 2 goals today, terrible defending for both.
Looked a lot more secure than Onana ever does, which isn't that difficult.
Made the saves he had to.
Not good enough, but better than the other first team option.

Exactly. I get people meme'ing it, but our own fans...really dumb.

Honestly he is a decent backup, but it's mainly because Onana is so poor. Wouldn't mind keeping him if we replace Onana.

He is atrocious. A pure bag of nerves and uncertainty without any redeeming features. Needs to be shifted to somewhere where there will be less pressure.

He's horrid. Zero composure.

An ideal backup is someone who can step in at a moment's notice and do the basics correctly and reliably, but without any particularly outstanding abilities that you'd expect from a starter.

It's a fairly low bar and Bayindir doesn't clear it.

Always a mistake in him. Don’t want to see him or Onana next season.
 
Both him and Onana have mistakes in them, neither are a sure pair of hands and a defense can't settle if they know they have keepers like this behind them. Both need replacing in the summer.
 
Awful keeper, he reminds me of Ricardo, Onana is bad but is clearly a few levels above this lad, just let him go for whatever is offered
 
Surely, some goalkeepers who can do the basics we can get for less than 10m.
 
I just laughed every time people called for bayndir this season. Dude is a fecking joke and the fact that we bought him for some dumbass psr or whatever shenanigans with kovar is just dumb
 
The most shocking thing is that United paid actual money for him, he cost the club half of what they sold Fred for.
 
We should get rid of him and onana and also sack whoever the feck is the gk coach.
 
We have the worse duo of keepers in the league. Always a mistake on Onana and Bayindir.

Long gone the days of De Gea at his prime and Romero as backup.
 
How have we managed to put together the two worst goalkeepers in the league. It's miraculous stuff.
 
Couldn’t believe my eyes. How could he not grab that ball? How was that even possible? Don’t know what calibre of team would look at him and say they’d have some of it.

People shudder when there is one mentioned at Southampton and cheap but how could he possibly not be an upgrade?
