I think he should have done better for the second. Not even the palming out but then the goal which he somehow fails to save

- 1st goal was well struck. However it was at near post and a top GK should be able to save that
- 2nd goal was needlessly pushed to a more dangerous position. He had the time to clear that out of the dangerous zone. Again this is basic goalkeeping for a top GK to execute
- 3rd was an absolute joke. He dived acrobatically for a nice video shoot when he could have just stand still and saved the shot.
I am not sure how good is Senne Lammens as I didnt follow him before. However it should not be difficult to do better than our current ones.

Bayindir made couple good saves but on average was just as much of unreliable shit as always. Voting him for MoTM is ridiculous

First goal isn't on him. It's smashed as far into the top corner as it's possible for the ball to go. No one is getting near it. That's on Maguire and Dalot.

He's made his point that Lammens isn't the automatic first choice when he's just arrived. But time to move over now. Give him a game v Sunderland at home before the Anfield experience!

He just looks terrified to me. Nowhere near this level.

Not at fault for the first goal, the blame lies elsewhere as by the time Thiago was onto it, the way he nailed that shot was virtually unstoppable.

Overall, it was another below par performance from the goalkeeper and until either Lammens is ready and comes in or somebody else further down the line, the United back line are going to be devoid of trust and confidence.

Lammens must be shocking in training if Amorim is continuing with this guy. Letting in the 2nd and 3rd is a joke. He did make some good saves, but letting those two in obviously ruins the performance.
Just our luck that he's as horrific as Onana when it comes to goalkeeping fundamentals

We’ve always struggled when it comes to signing goalkeepers. We churn through numerous shite to average keepers before landing a gem, who then becomes a mainstay for the next 5 to 10 years before repeating the cycle all over again.

I don't think you can blame him as it would have likely been a goal regardless, that was on Maguire. However, his positioning was shocking. A player shouldn't be able to run from the half way line, be pushed to shoot from an angle and the keeper is still only 2 steps off his line. He could have at least closed that. down much quicker. Likely still a goal but he's getting the basics wrong
Was funny to see the third goal hailed as some unsavable worldy. He did his best not to save it.
Only 3 of 21 goalkeepers have a worse save percentage than him in the Premier League this season. Hermansen, Perri, and Johnstone. All three no longer start for their clubs. Everyone knows he is not a very good goalkeeper, and his record continues to back that up, yet he keeps starting Premier League matches for us.

The shot was a very good one, but Bayindir didn't cover himself in glory in that situation. Not blaming him for conceding at all, but all he did was feed that nagging feeling that he is a very poor goalkeeper. The shot didn't even have to be that good to beat him.
Not disagreeing, especially with the last part. He has proved that any shot can lead to a goal. Just saying that even peak Neuer would have most likely conceded. On the other hand, the other 2 goals, would have been saved/avoided by a decent PL gk.
