After a few half decent sub performances, that’s what he puts in on his return to the starting XI… not great.

I think he made some bad decisions early doors and it stuck in his head. … which in turn led to him spending the entire game doing the same thing.I thought he was good overall but his end product was woeful.
Yeah and I think he plays a big part in that. For all his short comings it’s still the first game we’ve controlled all way through since he was benched.

Mbeumo pops up with a goal or assist, but he does get criticised if you look at his thread for his crap performances.I don’t think he was great but I think Mbeumo gets let off by many on here for far worse performances. In short Amad is just more dangerous than Mbeumo overall.
Yeah, this is the big issue; he’s playing himself out of a starting position for the next season at the rate he’s going. He’s not looking like a starter and hasn’t for quite some time. He’s supposed to thrive as a forward without the wingback responsibilities.Looking like he will be a good squad player to bring in, not sure he has the mentality to be a starter for a title challenging team. Can definitely be part of the squad.
You must have forgotten how Kuyt was. Had nowhere near the skills of an Amad. He's morphed into a defensive winger. Kuyt regen.
Not sure how you can say this, Amad hasn’t looked overly dangerous since Amorim left. He was much more effective as WB with loads of room to run into.I don’t think he was great but I think Mbeumo gets let off by many on here for far worse performances. His bottom level is just higher than Mbeumo for me. Whilst hes not been great recently he is very good at certain elements of play including playing in tight spaces. Mbeumo has been an important goal threat this season but his overall play has for large periods been so so poor. Lax touch, no real creativity. Think his season had been a little glossed over purely based on early season goals and I think it’s abit mental he’s playing instead of Sesko. Not sure how you can say this, Amad hasn’t looked overly dangerous since Amorim left. Mbeumo has been much more dangerous throughout the season.
I think Amad is a more natural right winger which gives us more balance since Cunha likes to come inside. When Mbeumo and Cunha are starting in the wings we lose width. Not sure how you can say this, Amad hasn’t looked overly dangerous since Amorim left. You could be saying the same for Amad though, his decision making, passing, shooting have all been very poor this season. His bottom level is just higher than Mbeumo for me. Not now Cunha is sticking wider, he’s been very dangerous driving at the FB and looks much better for it.I think Amad is a more natural right winger which gives us more balance since Cunha likes to come inside. When Mbeumo and Cunha are starting in the wings we lose width.
That’s the way I see it to, I like Amad and think he was great last season but if your not getting the numbers others are hard work will only keep you in the team for so long.If we're honest, 2 goals and 2 assists in 25 for a United RW isn't going to cut it.
If were honest, he’s one of out better, most creative players and always puts in a shift defensively. Those stats mean fook all.If we're honest, 2 goals and 2 assists in 25 for a United RW isn't going to cut it.
