Apart from in Poruguese his first name is pronounced 'Hooben' with the H having a hint of when Germans say 'Ich', so the H sound comes from the back of the throat being slightly closed.

I wasn't exactly looking forward to a new manager, but this hiring has energised me a great more deal than I was expecting a new manager to.
