I understand that denial is a coping mechanism. I’ve been there. He’ll be our starting GK next season.
I always sort of assume transfers won't happen, just a pessimist in that way. But I genuinely don't think Onana will start for us next year.
I wouldn't be shocked if he was still on our books because of how PSR works but even if he is I can picture us signing some 32 year old keeper for a low fee.

Of course there’s no one interested, why would any club want to pay actual money for a goalkeeper who actively works against them?

Don't think any serious club (or one 'big' enough for him to consider) is granting ETH transfer autonomy in his next job, sadly...Hope ETH signs him soon wherever he ends up.
