Leixlip, Brophs. He’s from Leixlip. And I’m not the one making comparisons with former United central defenders (for once)Vidic with pace, is the word on the mean streets of South Dublin

19 year old central defender who’s looked classy as hell for Ireland. Almost got a last minute winner against Serbia with a roulette through midfield and a long range screamer clawed away from the top corner by their keeper.
Norwich fans seem to be quite excited by him too.
What do the resident youth experts think of his chances of ending up at a big club?
Ireland has definitely become more multicultural since the days of Phil Babb and it certainly appears to be benefitting our football team!Quite brilliant to see. I remember back in the day when Phil Babb was the only black player in the team.
I was just curious to know whether there was a growing Nigerian community in Ireland that I'd not heard of.
There is, definitely. I moved to the Uk for 10 years between 2000 and 2010 and Ireland has got a hell of a lot more multicultural over that period. It was really noticeable. Especially with underage sporting teams. Soccer, as well as GAA.Quite brilliant to see. I remember back in the day when Phil Babb was the only black player in the team.

Guilty as charged.I was referring to you being in South Dublin, Pogwash.
Cristian O'Ronaldo is part Irish. Little known fact. The reason we haven't won the CL is because we don't have an Irishman in the team. So fecking get one into the first team squad. It's been too long.
Paul McGrath?!Quite brilliant to see. I remember back in the day when Phil Babb was the only black player in the team.
I was just curious to know whether there was a growing Nigerian community in Ireland that I'd not heard of.
I didn't think you meant the same move. It reads as two different incidents if you know so you didn't have to out yourself at allBalls. The roulette was in a different move. My shitty memory over-hyped him.

Paul McGrath?!
Paul McGrath was once asked in an interview if he knew Phil Lynott and he said he’d never spoken to him but they always used to nod at each other when they were out and about because it felt like they were the only two black men in Dublin!

Yeah, that's not bad, but my lad face planted from the stair gate into a Disney ride on toy and managed to basically smash his own face in while getting both legs caught in the steering wheel of a Mick Mouse ride on bus, so let's just say we're both the parents of high achievers and leave it at that.Guilty as charged.
Although I was in Leixlip at the weekend. My young fella’s team soundly thrashed Omobamidele’s old club. Which basically means my son is a guaranteed future Ireland international.

My boy Albert Okie.@Organic Potatoes just me or did this lads name immediately make you think of the Broncos TE who everyone has decided to just call “Albert O” because his last name is basically impossible?!
Yeah there's a Nigeriatown on the WestQuite brilliant to see. I remember back in the day when Phil Babb was the only black player in the team.

Don't forget Chris Hughton, he made his Ireland debut back in 1979Quite brilliant to see. I remember back in the day when Phil Babb was the only black player in the team.

What's wrong with GAA?Thankfully one of the many benefits of multiculturalism is that you can produce great athletes that don't jump to GAA at the first given opportunity.
I never said there was anything wrong with GAA; I'm a football fan, I would rather see us have the strongest football team possible. What's wrong with GAA?
Promoting Irish/celtic culture in Ireland is bad?,Is supposed to be your culture....
