Off our record over the last 5 seasons, we've got a 40% chance of finishing the season on a positive goal difference. Surely with the signings we've made, we're capable of being above water for the first time since 2023!

Anyone who gets it spot on is in contention to be promoted to a tier 1 ITK for their incredible foresight.

But mostly, I'm just interested to see how confident we're all feeling this season.

Last season in the league it was 44 scored, 54 conceded.

I'd like to think that Cunha, Mbuemo and Sesko could add 20+ goals to that. Lets say they add 24 which would be 8 goals each. Not unrealistic. Around 68 goals scored, roughly 1.8 goals per game.

I'm not sure it'll get below an average of 1 goal conceded per game. That's something only league winning teams usually do. Last season only Arsenal were below 40 goals. I would think Utd will average about 1.2/1.3 goals conceded per game.

1.8 × 38 = 68
1.2 × 38 = 45

I'll go for +23.

It mainly comes down to our lack of midfield control. we get overrun often.
