Hate this guy so much
A bit of a brutal suggestion, that.We still have The Cliff!
What I will say, is that I think the way we are dealing with this is fine. They can use Carrington, just at different times, as is happening now. We need to be hard, but fair - not vindictive.

I feel kinda sorry for him because he's clearly had an amazing season at Betis and doesn't want to leave, but also Betis are letting him down because they clearly don't have the funds to actually buy him.
It's difficult but he just needs to get it out of his head that Betis are actually a realistic option. The fact that Como allegedly bit the most should be a no brainer, for both sides.
The tweet states that Man Utd have told Anthony to accept "one of the transfer offers" which implies there have been at least two offers that Man Utd deem as acceptable.Did any teams actually bid for Antony? If it’s a bid from Saudi Arabia I’m not sure it helps his WC case. But yeah Betis can go do one if they’re trying to low ball us.
Yep - right thing to do, hopefully it works.Good! The same with Garnacho if Chelsea dont pay
I just find it bizarre that any club would rather screw over relations with another club (especially one the size of Utd) over one player. Like players come and go but clubs still have to deal with each other and to screw that up with Utd would affect them a lot more then the benefits of signing Anthony.
I dont think giving them players for free and covering half their wages will be any more attractive in a years time. Money talks but they're not offering any so i'd say this is burning bridges.Money talks and clubs are fickle I suppose.
If in 12 months time there's a possibility of offloading more deadwood on Betis then it'll be all smiles and handshakes again.
People at clubs are always changing. How long do you think it will be until Spurs deal with Forest again, or Newcastle with Liverpool - the answer is when the next suitable deal happens.I just find it bizarre that any club would rather screw over relations with another club (especially one the size of Utd) over one player. Like players come and go but clubs still have to deal with each other and to screw that up with Utd would affect them a lot more then the benefits of signing Anthony.
He won't play a single minute with the senior team and his value would massively drop. I believe he will move until deadline day.Sancho has no motivation to play and on last year.
This is different from Antony. If he is not contributing to the Baleda fund in next week, I will reject any lowball offer from Betis and keep him until Jan.
Jan will be his last chance to make the world cup and he will know by then we wont entertain any low ball offers. I believe the offers will be more than sending him on loan to Betis now.
So either we sell at right price now. Or we keep him until June then sell him again
His value will drop yes. But the question is will it drop below what Betis is lowballing us now with loan offer? I believe any offer in Jan will be better than what Betis offer us now. He will be more open to other clubs too.He won't play a single minute with the senior team and his value would massively drop. I believe he will move until deadline day.
Furthermore we have to set the precedent. His value will drop yes. But the question is will it drop below what Betis is lowballing us now with loan offer? I believe any offer in Jan will be better than what Betis offer us now. He will be more open to other clubs too.
They’re cheap. They’re not going to buy another player from us in the next 15 years.I just find it bizarre that any club would rather screw over relations with another club (especially one the size of Utd) over one player. Like players come and go but clubs still have to deal with each other and to screw that up with Utd would affect them a lot more then the benefits of signing Anthony.
I mean, they loaned Osimhen for a year before agreeing to pay that massive fee, kind of a loan with a delayed buy option. I'd be more confident with Turkish teams picking up the option compared to Italian or Spanish teams. Now we have Turkish teams pleading poverty, maybe if you hadn't spent King's ransom on Osimhen you could have afforded to you know actually buy him Galatasaray
Just annoys me to see teams asking for loans with usI mean, they loaned Osimhen for a year before agreeing to pay that massive fee, kind of a loan with a delayed buy option. I'd be more confident with Turkish teams picking up the option compared to Italian or Spanish teams.
So you think if Rashford had been sold, Antony would have had serious offers come in for him and he wouldn't have spent all summer pining for a return to Betis? We entertained a loan with no obligation for Rashford, and this is the kind of suitors it leads to.
This is it. Rashford got what he wanted, others players look at it and follow. We entertained a loan with no obligation for Rashford, and this is the kind of suitors it leads to.
I remember thinking “this lad has Fenerbahce written all over him” 6 months into his United career. Make it happen! Make me that prescient!
Tbf, Jose would like him. He’s not a shirker unlike some other in the bomb squad… *glares at Sancho*
