Rumoured to be prepared to cut his salary by 30%
Absolutely. He was never one to mouth off about his troubles with the club. He obviously became a bit of a meme but there's a good player in there coupled with a good work ethic. I'm not sure if he ever would've been quite good enough to make it here had circumstances been different but, like Zaha, I think he's going to impress elsewhere. If he's talking a paycut, then big respect.
I think he was struggling to settle in Manchester anyway.I wonder if things play out differently if those allegations never popped up.
He should be the easiest to offload, affordable wages, willing to take a paycut, had a good loan spell. I'm surprised by the lack of rumours around him. If the club doesnt want to take the PSR hit and insists on the £32M price tag then it might explain the lack of noise.
He must have bought the Di Maria guide to Manchester and its environs. Available on Amazon and at all good bookshops.I think he was struggling to settle in Manchester anyway.

... if only it was from OrnsteinPost of the summer so far.

It's not his fault that he is not up to PL standards. The idiots Murtough and ETH were willing to spend 80M on him. But we can't fault his attitude and effort on the pitch. Hope he gets a good move and restart his career.
We are finally starting to see some priper links with him
Is he not forced to do this or else rot in the reserves or on crappy loan deals? If he wants to make an actual career he probably is forced to do this.If true fair play to him an I wish him all the best.

This is what others need to remember when fuming that we’re not just sticking an extra £10m on for Mbeumo to bow down to Brentford’s demands.More than £150m combined for them twodisgusting, add in Hojlund and Zirkzee that's close to a quarter of a billion on mediocrity that would struggle to start for West Ham.... Surely there a doc coming on how to destroy a club.
Yup, he would rightly get a warm reception if he comes back to OT for his next club. Sancho, not so muchHope he leaves but I do want him to go on and do well. His attitude whilst at United was always good and he never fell short in terms of effort.
Sancho on the other hand can feck off.

I wouldn't go that farAs others have said, model professional who just wasn’t up to it in the Premier League. Hope he gets the move he wants and we get a reasonable fee. Genuinely wish him well unlike the other wasters we’ll most likely have to loan again this summer.
Why ?I wouldn't go that far
Never had an issue with Antony, can't really accuse him of ever downing tools. it's not his fault he was signed despite never being good enough for the club.
Hope he gets a good club and has a good career.
He threw a wobbler when we asked him to tuck in at left back for 10 minutesWhy ?
It’s not his salary that’s the problem. Betis are a club who don’t traditionally spend tens of millions on transfer fees. Their record signing was denilson for 30m in 1998.If he was so happy at Real Betis and so unhappy at us then he should accept a massive pay cut that this transfer will happen.
I suspect the two are very different. Antony really wants to play. Sancho would rather play, but isn’t that determined and is very happy with his contract
Sancho told Ten Hag that United had bought the wrong player [him] because he prefers to play on the left, rather than the right
You'll have to explain to me how what you've just said means he was ever good enough? So why did the highly paid scouts both here and at Arsenal think he was good enough for their clubs?
You'll have to explain to me how what you've just said means he was ever good enough?
One footed, slow and weak. Hardly the traits of a player who's ever going to make it in the premier league.
Scouts think lots of players will be good enough and they aren't.Im just asking why the highly paid scouts at 2 top Premier League clubs thought was good enough to play for their clubs if he wasnt ever good enough to make it in the Premier League
